    Human Resources/Legal Officer

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources/Legal Officer to join our team in Abuja. This crucial role will involve managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting the overall strategic direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both human resources and legal frameworks, as well as a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
    2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    3. Provide legal advice and support on employment-related matters, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory issues.
    4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
    5. Conduct employee training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and workplace best practices.
    6. Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
    7. Support conflict resolution and mediation efforts within the organization.
    8. Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.
    2. A minimum of years of experience in human resources and legal compliance.
    3. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
    4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    5. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

    Field Officer

    Position Overview:

    The Field Officer will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring smooth payment processes, supporting patients with payment-related inquiries, and reconciling daily sales with stock. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to resolve any operational issues that may arise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Receive payments for purchases and verify them on the portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
    2. Provide payment process support for patients, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through payment-related issues.
    3. Reconcile daily sales with stock to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure financial integrity.
    4. Support and liaise with the Pharmacy department to resolve any operational issues that may arise, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
    2. Previous experience in a similar role or environment (healthcare or finance) is an advantage.
    3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office applications.
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
