    Executive Driver

    Key Responsibilities
    The Job duties include but are not limited to:

    • Keeping the vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
    • To keep and maintain a proper record of vehicle assigned to you; this includes the mileage, fuel consumption, etc
    • Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
    • To report promptly for assignments when called upon.
    • To pick or drop a person as directed by the Executive.
    • Ensure the vehicle assigned to you is in good working order.
    • To see to it that the vehicle is taken for repairs/maintenance when due or necessary.
    • To be courteous to all persons you encounter in the course of your duty: your passengers who for the purpose of your duty are your colleagues, pick-up guests etc.
    • To report immediately any accident in which you may be involved.
    • Any contravention by constituted authority; such as police, LASTMAN or Federal Road Safety must be reported immediately.
    • To ensure that you are properly groomed.

    Qualifications / Competencies

    • Minimum of an SSCE with at least 5 years experience as a company driver.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Clean driving record.
    • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
    • Working knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
    • The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Punctual and reliable.

    Content Creator

    Job Description

    • Creating and maintaining a Social Media Marketing calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared
    • Researching, writing/producing content production (written, image-based, video, etc.)
    • Creating and compiling content daily, uploading content, then tracking its performance across the many different social media platforms.
    • Monitoring brand and product-related conversations to measure sentiment, watch for PR emergencies, identify important/relevant discussions.
    • Providing crisis management, and publishing corrections for bad criticism and negative news.
    • Collaborating with other departments to manage the Furniture Republic main brand name, organize promotions and increase followership on social media handles

    Executive Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist Executive daily: schedule meetings, organize projects, provide administrative support to the organization’s executive team. Ensure the Executive Director is prepared for all meetings and logistics are arranged to optimize time.
    • Calendar management.
    • Perform administrative duties and functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision-making.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive and process expense reports.
    • Prepare agendas, make copies, set up room, coordinate with speakers, take and type notes, order/pick up/layout refreshments, etc.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation.
    • Undertakes special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested by the Executive. Handles additional duties as assigned by Executive
    • Greet visitors, answer general questions and direct individuals to appropriate personnel

    • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls for the Executive
