    Facility Manager

    • To assist in management of the hospital facility and utility

    Summary of Responsibilities     

    • Inspect and monitor use of all company facilities including physical structures, generators, mechanical and electrical installation.
    • Supervise the fleet management to ensure that adequate transportation is provided for staff and for daily operations.
    • Project manage and provide supervisory oversight on all construction, refurbishing and installation 
    • Inspect and monitor use of company facilities and assets
    • Monitor unit's annual budget while employing cost control methods
    • Maintain records of inventory level, check periodically to determine needs and initiate actions to replenish stocks
    • Update facilities policy and monitor adherence.
    • Plan and review requests for all maintenance and prepare maintenance schedules
    • Carry out vendor selection, evaluation, manage data base/ relationships with utility service providers for prompt provision of services.

    Job Qualifications

    • A degree in Engineering or related field
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • Understanding of issues related to facility management, contract management, purchasing and supply.
    • 5-8 years cognate experience in facility management within a structured organization.

    Key Result Areas.

    • Adherence to preventive maintenance programs on facility systems.
    • Turnaround time 
    • Maintain optimal functionality of utility systems.
    • Frequency and number of breakdowns on hospital facility equipment
    • Adequacy of facilities cost of maintenance 
    • Records management

    Executive Assistant

     

    • This role is responsible for providing efficient analytical and executive administrative support to Senior Management

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Conduct research and analyze data, reviewing trends, for market intelligent inference that can impact strategic focus and position the organization for competitive advantage. 
    • Assist in carrying out root cause analysis and correcting quality related issues through collaboration with process owners.
    • Prepare insightful reports on research findings
    • Complete administrative and project work/research.
    • Accurately record minutes of meetings and distribute to relevant parties in a timely manner

    Job Qualifications

    Hospital Administrator

    • This is a medical administration role responsible for the daily operations of the hospital and providing oversight to hospital staff to ensure prompt delivery of service and appropriate quality care to patients.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversight responsibility for smooth operations of the hospital on a daily basis 
    • Ensure hospital is in compliance with policies and all regulatory requirements including state and local laws
    • Maintain a consistent level of quality care offered to patients
    • Monitor patient flow in all service points in the hospital and drive initiative for continuous improvement.
    • Monitor the adequacy of the hospital's medical activities in conjunction with the leadership team.
    • Track and provide relevant reports on various hospital metrics.
    • Manage relationship with partner HMO and their enrollees
    • Timely resolution of grievances and complaints by patients

    Educational Qualifications

    • MBBS
    • Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and or relevant professional body with a valid medical practicing license.
    • Certifications or trainings in customer service, relationship management and business analysis are desired.

    • Basic Life Support skill
    • Excellent documentation and communication skills with IT skills required for the use of EMR and Microsoft Office Packages
    • Knowledge of the Nigerian healthcare sector

    Medical Laboratory Scientist

     

    • This role holder will analyze samples collected for investigation according to the acceptable standard and issue accurate reports.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Carry out analysis on samples and sign out test reports
    • Provide technical oversight to technicians on complex investigations
    • Maintain safety and cleanliness in the laboratory
    • Prompt incidence reporting and management of patients’ grievances
    • Participate at the Hospital's continuous medical education and quality improvement activities
    • Comply with the use of Standard Operating Procedures.

    Key Results Areas:

    • Accurate and prompt release of test reports
    • Prompt dispatch of critical test results
    • Confidentiality and safety in the laboratory
    • Adherence to quality standards

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or its equivalent
    • Registration with the Medical Laboratory Council of Nigeria with valid practicing license
    • 3-5 years experience as a licensed medical laboratory scientist
