    Assistant Business Development Manager

    Our client is a major player in the Nigeria Health Insurance Industry with the Head Office in Lagos and offices spread across the country. Due to their steady growth and expansion, they seek competent, experienced, and dedicated individuals to fill the under-listed position:

    Reporting to: Head, Business Development & Client Service. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for the sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
    • Achieve allocated sales revenue targets.
    • Arrange for meetings and presentations.
    • Conduct regular market intelligence activities.
    • Contribute to the development of healthcare plans.
    • Contribute to the development of the company's marketing and sales plan.

    Qualification / Requirements:

    • Minimum of BSc in Marketing or any Management related course.
    • 2-3 years post-qualification marketing/sales experience in the HMO industry.
    • Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and medical will be an added advantage
    • Excellent selling and customer relationship skills.
    • Good communication/presentation skills (both oral and written)

    Ad-HOC Marketers

    Our client, a major player in the Nigeria Health Insurance Industry with a Head Office in Lagos and offices spread across the country is seeking to recruit AD-HOC MARKETERS:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects.
    • Sell the brand by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
    • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with customer organizations (external and internal)
    • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to the Head of Business Development/Client Service.
    • Ensure completion of all documentation for HMOs and the timely submission of bills. 

    Qualification / Requirements:

    • HND/BSc in Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of post-qualification marketing/sales experience in the HMO industry.
