    Finance Manager FINTECH

    Salary: 800k Net (HMO and Pension Available) 

    The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of our organization by managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role will require strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of financial management principles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with the senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive company goals.
    • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports,including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
    • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
    • Lead and mentorthe finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
    • Monitor and manage financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.
    • Collaborate with otherdepartments to supportoverall business objectives and initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 4 years in a
    • managerial role.
    • Previous experience withinthe Fintech ecosystemis desirable
    • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in financial software and MicrosoftOffice Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

    Freight Forwarding Sales Officer

    A trusted global supply chain provider is looking to fill the role of Sales Officer. A creative, tailored solution in global forwarding, Integrated Service Solutions that delivers. As a sales Representative, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and existing Leads, build a robust pipeline and achieve sales targets by effectively selling the services of the company. 

    Tasks

    •  Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities
