    Administrative Officer

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for all maintenance and operational functions.
    • Prepare and manage a cost-efficient annual budget for the department.
    • Research, design, and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures for the department, to improve efficiency.
    • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing the use of office resources and general procurement.
    • Design, develop, and review vendor selection criteria and their subsequent registration with the company.
    • Advise the Organization on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the office.
    • Ensure the facilities are well-maintained and conduct proactive maintenance
    • Ensure all statutory bills- including domestic bills, utility, and other required bills are paid promptly and accurately.
    • Supervise, instruct, and monitor all support staff (janitors, drivers, dispatch, and security).
    • Ensure all emergencies are addressed within record time.
    • Ensure the facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
    • Plan for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.
    • Oversee any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects.
    • Require to review safety standards/procedures, designing and delivering HSE awareness programs to internal and external customers.
    • Organize fire drills yearly and coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, workplace inspections, and other matters related to implementing safety procedures.
    • Act as Liaison with all related governmental bodies and regulating agencies; creating and building relationships.
    • Handles all company registration with Regulatory Bodies (DPR, CAC, Imports Permits, Product Permits, Service Permits, etc.) and renews such as when required.
    • Frequently update the maintenance reports for future reference and history.

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    •  Female preferably for gender balance.
    •  Not less than 3 years experience as Admin or facilities personnel or relevant position.
    • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
    • Analytical and decision-making skills 
    • The ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
    • Knowledge of the market prices and good negotiation skills 
    • Time management skills including being able to handle a complex, varied workload.
    • A good knowledge of IT packages.

    Business Development Manager (Upstream)

    Description 

    • Ensure the company’s growth objectives are attained by articulating and identifying new business development opportunities, such as negotiating and managing relationships with technical partners in line with the corporate goals.
    • Assist in developing a sustainable business relationship model for new and existing Clients such as IOC,
    • DPR, NAPIMS, NNPC, and other regulatory bodies in the oil and gas industry.
    • Prepare the project's technical and commercial pre-qualification proposal/bid to the Clients.
    • Facilitate or assist as required in strategy development and actual negotiation (technical, commercial, and contractual) with customers and suppliers.
    • Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan and strategy to accomplish the organization’s business goal.
    • Develop sales strategies to penetrate and win new accounts. This includes registration of the company with Clients and preparation of presentations and tenders.
    • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and feasibility reports supporting growth based on intelligence.
    • Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the company’s business development, market penetration strategies, and plans for enhancing business growth.
    • Monitor company performance against agreed business targets.
    • Supervise the sourcing with OEMs and preparation of bids/proposals, to the submission of bids in line with the stipulated deadlines.
    • Develop and implement a training and development program for team members, and members for improved performance individually and corporately.
    • Ensure timely management of the performance of all team members
    • Reactivate dormant Client accounts and relationships to generate tangible business.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 10 years of work experience.
    • Experience in the oil and gas industry is a must
    • In-depth knowledge of upcoming and ongoing key projects in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas Sector.
    • Engaged in robust and high-level contacts in the IOCs and E&P companies.
    • Candidates should have strong links to industry and knowledge of the business drivers for the key markets.
    • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
    • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent relationship management skills

    Tax & Internal Audit Manager

    Responsibilities

    Tax:

    • Prepare tax returns and facilitate payments including suggestions on payment plans
    • Design an annual tax plan in line with the company’s goals
    • Research, Estimate, and track tax return
    • Prepare and Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual tax report
    • Manage, Organize, and update the company’s tax database
    • Recommend tax strategies and methods required to manage taxes, that align with the business goal
    • Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and return
    • Share financial data with the accounting department
    • Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profit
    • Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
    • Liaise with internal and external auditor
    • Forecast tax predictions to Management
    • Ensure compliance with regulators either federal, state, or local authorities
    • Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filing
    • Advise Management about the impact of Tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws.

    Audit:

    • Audit of financial statements and assessment of the books of account to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
    • Reviewing internal control systems performing walkthrough processes and analysing financial records and transactions.
    • Design the auditing process using common standards of practice, company policies, business goals, and industry regulations.
    • Indicate and identify risk areas in each departmental operations and process
    • Analyze adherence to budgetary standards and guidelines using financial data and balance sheets.
    • Review all financial materials and procedures to spot errors, inefficiencies, or instances of misuse.
    • Document all internal processes within an audit; list all data sources; detail all conclusions after an investigation.
    • Work to develop new best standards of practice within the company to increase accuracy and integrity.
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise within the field by participating in professional development.
    • Keep all sensitive information confidential and secure.
