The candidate shall perform the following roles and responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the Sales initiative of the company’s project assigned with respect to set specific goals and work with his team to meet the goals.
• Market the company property with respect to set goals and targets of the company.
• Ensure executive marketers are marketing the company property with respect to set goals and targets of the company.
• Have minimum of seven site inspections and close minimum two sales in a month.
• Create affordable and efficient advert strategy to help boost the company image and marketing potential.
• Prepare and submit weekly report of activities highlighting achievements and challenges encountered during each week with recommended suggestions for better performance.
• And other related duties that shall be assigned to you.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have held similar position at a reputable real estate firm for at least 3 years.
• The Candidate should possess minimum of a B.Sc. degree in Estate Management or any related field.
• The candidate Must have Excellent communication skills in oral and written English.
• The candidate Must have good knowledge in the use of MS word, Excel, Power point etc.
• The candidate Should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.

Job Purpose

• To maintain the Company's (IFL & IPL) brand image, create content, such as publications, website content, press releases, annual reports, and other marketing materials
• Arrange interviews, compile analytics and metrics, and keep a narrative of media coverage.

Core Responsibilities

• Developing, writing, and editing communications and marketing materials (blog posts, social media content, press releases, speeches)
• Conduct surveys or contact people of the target audience to understand their views
• Prepare reports for the management team, including recommendations to ensure a more positive attitude.
• Promote communications and marketing materials through social media
• Regularly meet and arrange interviews with media personnel
• Ensure that all marketing and communications material align with the brand’s standards
• Maintain digital media archives (photos, videos)
• Prepare and manage the organization’s budget regarding communication
• Work closely with marketing and product managers, designers, and website managers
• Arrange news conferences for essential announcements and perform media outreach to make the brand part of their publication

Qualifications

• • 7+ Years Experience in related industries
• A confident communicator and presenter
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Superior project management and time management skills
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude
