    Manager, Agrochemical Sales

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Agrochemical Sales to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our agrochemical product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Manager, Agrochemical Sales will also be responsible for providing market insights, identifying new business
    opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive the growth of the agrochemical product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Develop and execute strategies to enter new and emerging markets.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including farmers, distributors, and retailers, to generate sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
    • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape through market research and analysis. Utilize insights to develop strategies that give the company a competitive advantage.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes related to agrochemical products.
    • Share knowledge with the team and provide guidance on compliance requirements.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility, network with potential customers, and identify business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and other sales-related documentation to support effective planning and decision-making.
    • Foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous learning within the sales team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in agrochemical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
    • In-depth knowledge of the agricultural industry, including a strong understanding of crop protection products, fertilizers, and related agricultural inputs.
    • Proven experience in fertilizer and herbicide sales.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, including market segmentation, customer targeting, and value proposition development.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using sales CRM systems and other sales-related software tools.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

    Job Description

    • Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to workforce planning needs.
    • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of organizational needs.
    • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
    • Coordinate and implement graduates and students recruiting initiatives.
    • Conduct career fairs and deepens relationships with Universities; as well as develop new relationships.

    Associate, Human Resources

    Job Description

    • Ensures that policies, procedures, and practices meet compliance standards
    • Assists with internal investigations and complaints as required
    • Ensures that the company policies, procedures, and insurance plans meet or exceed industry standards for duty of care

    Head of Business Services

    Job Description

    • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

    • Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

    Qualifications

    • Holds a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a Business Administration or related field.
    • At least 10 years’ prior experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, and strategies.
    • Proven track record of managing multiple business units.
    • Good working knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation, including identifying the appropriate legal basis for processing personal data and an awareness of the potential issues we might face, particularly when outsourcing aspects of our services
    • Good working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation in relation to an office environment.
    • Experience of working with contract documentation such as contracts of employment, legal agreements and data processing agreements, including liaison with external experts as appropriate.
    • Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills.
    • The ability to work analytically and proactively to identify potential issues, then shaping and providing options to address those issues.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
    • A hands-on approach, leading by example.
    • Commercial awareness, with a customer-focused outlook.
    • Excellent team working and communication skills, including report writing.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
    • A passion for improving peoples’ lives.
    • Must be willing to travel to the Northern parts and other locations
