    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate order processing and documentation.

    Job Description

    • Customer Relationship Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that guests at our apartments have a pleasant and memorable experience.
    • He/She will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. 
    • The primary focus will be creating a welcoming and comfortable environment, exceeding guest expectations, and fostering guest loyalty.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish rapport and build strong relationships with guests to understand their needs and preferences.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in a customer service or guest relations role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer systems.

    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team.

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are maintained in a clean and orderly manner. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning activities.
    • The candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
    • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
    • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
    • Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
    • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
    • Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry.
    • Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and equipment are available.
    •  Follow company policies and procedures and other assigned tasks

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as a housekeeper or similar role.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Must be able to pass a background check.
