    Syrup Mixer

    YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensuring the manufacture of final syrup in strict compliance to standards: monitoring of control points, PRPs and PRPs in syrup manufacture process to prevent food safety related hazards.
    •  To carry out incoming inspection on sugar, beverage base and concentrate and ensure any ingredient that does not meet TCCC specifications is rejected.
    • To ensure that all syrup tests:  brix, taste, appearance, floc potential and volume are correctly performed and at the right frequency as stated in the sop/work aid/work instruction
    • To monitor the stock of final syrup and update management
    • To ensure that all syrup tanks are sanitized before and after mixing.
    • To ensure that the appropriate corrective actions are taken in cases where out of specification results are obtained.
    • To ensure good housekeeping status of all the equipment and environment associated with the simple and final syrup rooms.
    • To ensure that the volume of the simple and final syrups is constantly checked for accuracy.
    • To monitor all the sugar dumpers while carrying out their duties.
    • Ensure the compliance to good manufacturing practice, food safety practice, good environmental, occupational Health and Safety practices in all line activities. Achieve Water Use Ratio of 3.26, Achieve Solid waste Ratio of 21.10, Solid Waste Recycled of 89.56%,  Zero lost time work related injuries

    DO YOU HAVE THESE SKILLS?

    • Basic Knowledge of computer skill.
    •  Appropriate command and use of the English language-Spoken and written.
    • Good oral communication, influencing and relationship skills.

    EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE

    • Minimum of ND or its equivalent
    • Trade Test Certificates
    • 3 Years Experience
    • Physical Fitness
    • Technical Dexterity

    Technical Operator

    ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
    The Technical Operator reports to the Shift Team Leader and is responsible for ensuring shift/line production plan execution by optimizing performance. He/She is also responsible for ensuring Operational Health and Safety, Production Output, and Product Quality while minimizing the impact on the environment.

    YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operate and = Maintain Manufacturing Equipment and Utilities.
    • Deploy Engineering Technical Skills to Ensure Equipment Availability at all times and Operating at OEM's Rated capacity.
    • Deliver output associated with a production line for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Executes machine start up, continuous operation, shut down, and change over following standard operating procedure in a safe way to avoid risks, damage, or waste.
    • Controls relevant standard process parameters by means of reference tables.
    • Reads and interprets values on screens, monitors, and other relevant measuring instruments / devices.
    • Follows standard cleaning and sanitizing procedures - Operating with the proper tools usage and methodologies.
    • Makes certain that shift reports for own area of responsibility are prepared on time and according to agreed requirements.

    DO YOU HAVE THESE SKILLS?

    • Prior high-speed production machine maintenance or operating experience, especially on Bottling machines will be an advantage.
    • Computer Literate.
    • Ability to demonstrate basic Technical, troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills.
    • Sound understanding of bottling line machine/tool technology and operation.
    • Sound understanding and appreciation of maintenance and process operations.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    • Higher National Diploma or equivalent
    • qualification in Mechanical or Electrical
    • Engineering.Minimum of two (2) years of experience on
    • high-speed production equipment.
