    Investment Associate

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Market Research & Investment Analysis:

    • Research and analyze investment opportunities.
    • Make recommendations to the Investment Analyst.
    • Regularly update the deal flow sheet.

    Investment Due Diligence:

    • Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investments and counterparties, in conjunction with our lawyers and consultants.
    • Develop due diligence reports.

    Portfolio Documentation:

    • Document client portfolios and develop ad hoc reports when needed.
    • Administer routine client portfolio requests.

    Counterparty Follow-Up:

    • Liaise with investment counterparties on instructions and documentation.

    Chief Investment Officer

    Role in Brief

    • The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the firm’s investment strategies, AuM growth, portfolio management, and research initiatives. This senior executive will lead the investment team, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives while optimizing risk-adjusted returns for our clients.     Roles & Responsibilities

    • Sales: Build the firm’s Assets Under Management through strategic networks and relationships.
    • Investment Strategy: Develop and implement the firm’s investment strategy across various asset classes.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing investment team, fostering a culture of results and deliverables tracking.
    • Client Engagement: Work closely with HNI clients to understand their needs, provide strategic advice, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
    • Performance Reporting: Regularly report to the CEO and Board of Directors on investment performance, strategy execution, and market conditions.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance the firm’s investment capabilities.
    • Compliance: Ensure all investment activities comply with regulatory requirements and the firm’s ethical standards.
    • Innovation: Identify and explore new investment opportunities, including emerging markets, technologies, and alternative investments.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in investment management, with a proven track record in portfolio management and investment strategy.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing investment teams.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts to a diverse audience.
    • Deep understanding of investment regulations and compliance standards.

    HNI Sales Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Create, execute and achieve sales targets that expand the company’s customer base and scale its local & global reach.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging expertise in business and HNI sales.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential high-value clients, leveraging networks to drive business growth.
    • Set and achieve USD deposit targets, driving the growth of assets under management (AUM).
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.

    • At least five years of experience as a Sales Manager.
      Proven experience in business and HNI sales within the asset management or banking industry.

    Accountant

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Preparing financial statements, including cash flow statements and budget performance 
    • Ensuring compliance with applicable standards (i.e. IFRS, GAAP, FASB), SEC rules, Cooperative statutes and normal systems of internal control 
    • Implementing daily accounting policies, standards, and guidelines 
    • Providing accurate, timely, and relevant financial information to management 
    • Initiating payments on bank platforms 
    • Leading currency sourcing/swap activities 
    • Providing monthly and annual bank reconciliations and invoice documentation 
    • Producing accurate monthly management accounts 
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for auditor requests 
    • Ensuring timely state and federal tax remittances and filings

    Qualifications, Skill Sets, and Values

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant or close to qualification 
    • Demonstrable understanding of IFRS; DipIFRS is a strong advantage 
    • Must have 5 years of accounting/finance experience 
    • Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications 
    • Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, journal adjustments, preparation of all financial statements and financial reporting 
    • Knowledge of risk management and process control frameworks is a strong advantage 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • Must be able to think critically and work independently 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization and with counterparties 
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong numeracy skills 
    • Experience working with accounting software – Quickbooks 
    • Working knowledge of tax filings and compliance 
    • Capacity to be candid with management and assertive when dealing with banks & other counterparties
