    Laundry Assistant

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Execute tasks in accordance with job schedules and rosters for effective service delivery
    • Inspect the laundry equipment’s before use and in accordance with SOPs
    • Partake in facilitated on-the-job-trainings for improved compliance with standards
    • Attend daily briefings on strategies for optimal performance and service delivery
    • Comply with loading capacity in washing machines
    • Record accurate details of laundry, items for use and reconcile quantities received with delivered
    • Iron and seal all laundered materials
    • Any other task as assigned by the Laundry Supervisor

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of the operative flow and rules
    • Possess 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry
    • Minimum of O'Level or equivalent qualifications will confer advantage.
    • Computer literacy desirable.

    Plating/Tray Set Assistant

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Portioning foods according to customer specifications, including general tray set-up duties
    • Ensure cleanliness of utensils, equipment and work area as you go
    • Comply at all times with HACCP procedures, good hygiene and production practices.
    • Record the handling time and temperatures of all meals plated/tray set at the beginning and end of the process
    • Cover, label and store decanted products.
    • Cling film, colour code and properly store all bulk items

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 relevant experience in an airline catering or hospitality industry
    • Minimum of O Level or equivalent qualification will confer advantage.
    • Basic computer skills desirable.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    Standard Equipment Set - Assistant

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Receive all washed equipment from Dish Wash unit
    • Polish and pack airline equipment into the trolleys and standard unit according to airline’s specification.
    • Make requisition of equipment from the airline store to make up for shortages or worn out equipment.
    • Deadheading airline equipment in order to ensure compliance of maximum holding stock at hand.
    • Handling over of equipment with documentation to internal customers.
    • Keep all work area clean to ensure compliance to quality standards

    Requirements

    • Possess relevant experience in an airline hospitality industry
    • OND or equivalent qualifications will confer advantage

    Stewarding Assistant


    Location:
    Ikeja, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Carryout sweeping and moping of the Veg prep, cold and hot kitchen using appropriate materials and reagents allocated to maintain hygiene standards.
    • Conduct deep cleaning of all sections in the kitchen on a daily basis, ensuring there are no sections left out and no puddle of water in any section of the kitchens.
    • Maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness throughout shift by conducting routine checks on all sections and carrying out corrective cleaning where and when necessary.
    • Ensure all electrical appliances are carefully avoided to prevent risk of short circuiting.
    • Promptly notify maintenance team of any issues requiring their intervention to avoid damage to any material or equipment.
    • Make yourself available for cleaning during the entire shift.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
    • Can communicate in passable English
