Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
• HR certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR systems and databases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing, interpreting, and implementing 2D and 3D drawings, animations, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
• Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans and report on project
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Architecture. Minimum of second class upper division.
• NYSC Discharge Certificate.
• A minimum of 3 years experience as an Architect or in a related position.
• Intermediate to advanced CAD (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, REVIT, Sketchup, etc.)
• Ability to design realistic and cost-effective projects.
