    Human Resource Manager

    Job Description

    • Oversee all aspects of human resources management at Bereline Farms, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
    • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and promoting a positive work culture.
    • Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness, consistency, and accountability.
    • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, identifying training needs and facilitating learning opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.

    Educational Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of human resources management experience, preferably in the agricultural or food industry.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
    • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.

    Job Description

    • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance Manager in various financial activities, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and transaction processing.
    • Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to support decision-making and financial planning.

    Only persons approved or authorized by the Veterinary Practice Board may perform the duties of veterinary nurses. Schedule 4 of the Veterinary Practice Regulations 2022 sets out the acts of veterinary medicine that may be performed by veterinary nurses:
