    Operations Manager

    Job Description

    • To coordinate the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for supporting the MD in developing and directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operations of the company.
    • Support in identifying and developing new opportunities for the organisation to sustain growth
    • Maintaining an on-going, transparent dialogue with the MD to ensure that the MD is kept up to date with day to day activities.
    • Ensure that items requiring the attention of the MD are submitted in a timely manner and that relevant briefing papers are presented in sufficient time to allow consideration of content.
    • Ensuring appropriate operational planning and quality assurance control systems are in place and complied with
    • Manage the preparation of information for internal and external communications
    • Representing the company in business meetings with Clients, professional associations and sustain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
    • Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers
    • Ensure that essential tasks undertaken are delegated effectively to other staff when taking leave.
    • Ensure that the organisation is compliant with all regulatory and industry requirements.
    • Ensure company assets are well maintained through a system of audits and maintenance plans.
    • Provide clear and concise weekly/monthly reports to the MD on business operations.

    Academic Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline with 3 - 5 years experience.
    • MBA related to job functions would be an added advantage
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Experienced in research and developing strategic business plans
    • Experienced in developing and maintaining a business development network
    • Understanding of business management and operational process
    • Relationship & stakeholder management
    • Excellent presentation skills.

    Client Service Officer

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and providing efficient and high-quality service.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing prompt, accurate responses.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Understand the client’s business needs and ensure services are aligned with their goals.
    • Ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with agreed terms.
    • Monitor service levels and handle any escalations or service-related issues.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns efficiently
    • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues via email, phone, or in-person meetings
    • Prepare and submit reports on client activities, feedback, and service performance.
    • Assist in maintaining an updated client database and relevant documentation.
    • Gather and analyse client feedback to improve the quality of service

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a client-facing or customer-service role.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
