    Procurement Officer

    Job Description

    • Ensured prompt procurement of high-quality materials for production use and office, in line with the co-high-quality company’s procurement policies.
    • Ensures purchase orders are executed promptly as required to foster uninterrupted operations.
    • Conducts market research to gather information on current prices and price movement for critical inputs, and advise on pricing and buying strategies.
    • Follow-up with store or warehouse officers to maintain optimum inventory stock levels by reducing material and cost wastages due to overstocking and expiration of materials.
    • Prepares weekly and monthly reports on procurement activities.
    • Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management-related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Procurement Officer.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, purchasing software, and tally.
    • Good knowledge of procurement practice and principle
    • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail.

    Supply Chain Officer

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular analysis of the yearly budgets and activities related to Public Private Partnership (PPP), Federal, State, and Local governments, NGOs, and health institutions, focusing on the delivery value to the organization.
    • Identify primary health concerns of state governments and develop strategies to address these needs.
    • Identify public health needs from hospitals, health agencies, and institutions at all levels.
    • Foster strong business relationships with key Public Private Partnership (PPP) customers and seek out new prospects.
    • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements related to the supply chain process.
    • Develop and implement product demand planning processes.
    • Analyze supply chain data and market trends, providing insights and advice to management.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the company's brands to prospective clients.
    • Monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Prepare regular reports on product distribution and supplier performance, etc.

    Educational Qualification, Experience, and Skills

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standard requirements.
    • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
    • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for pharmaceuticals is an added advantage.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to travel to supplier locations on short notice.

    Ethical Representative

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell the company’s products to hospitals, pharmacists, and other healthcare bodies.
    • Develop channels to maximize the company's sales growth and revenue.
    • Maintain good customer relationships within the assigned region/zone.

    Academic Qualifications and Skills

    • B.Pharm, B.Sc / HND in any Science related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience particularly in Pharmaceutical or FMCG Company.
    • Previous experience as a medical sales representative in a pharmaceutical company will be an added advantage.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and friendly personality.
    • Ability to work in a target driving environment.
    • Valid driver’s license.
