    Creative Designer

    Job Description

    • As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand's visual identity to life across various platforms.
    • You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality, innovative designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic, drive engagement, and appeal to our beauty-conscious audience.
    • This position requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen understanding of design trends in the beauty and skincare industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design Creation: Develop original visual concepts, including but not limited to social media content, website banners, email campaigns, packaging, digital ads, and promotional materials.
    • Motion Graphics: Create dynamic motion graphics for video content, social media posts, and other multimedia projects to enhance brand storytelling.
    • Use of AI Tools: Leverage AI-powered tools for design automation and ideation, ensuring the brand stays on top of the latest creative technology trends.
    • Canva & OtherTools: Use Canva alongside Adobe Creative Suite for quick, high-quality design outputs, ensuring brand consistency in templates and campaigns.
    • Brand Alignment: Ensure that all creative outputs reflect the brand’s identity and tone across different platforms. Maintain consistency in visuals and messaging that aligns with brand guidelines.
    • Campaign Design: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling visuals for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special promotions.
    • Content Production: Create visually appealing digital and print content for product packaging, marketing collaterals, in-store displays, and event materials.
    • Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and beauty retail design innovations to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the market.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, videographers, and the social media team to produce multi-platform visuals, including photoshoots and video content.
    • Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets and project files, ensuring all work is properly saved and archived for future reference.
    • Feedback Integration: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and perfect designs while maintaining high-quality output.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a creative designer, with at least 1 year in a similar role within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
    • Knowledge of Canva for quick design outputs
    • Familiarity with AI tools in creative design processes
    • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing beauty or lifestyle branding projects, digital content, motion graphics, and campaigns.

    • As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales growth, partnership development, and brand management of Buybetter Nigeria and the key brands we officially distribute.
    • You will nurture relationships with major accounts, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the consistent representation and growth of our brand and those we distribute.

    • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, price discussions, and deal structuring with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Customer Solutions: Provide tailored solutions to clients by understanding their needs and coordinating with internal teams to address challenges and opportunities.
    • Industry Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic account decisions and brand positioning.
