    Quality Control Officer

    Overview

    • In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required standards of quality, quantity and safety before they are shipped to customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish guidelines for production processes to achieve right-first-time quality
    • Set requirements for all materials from suppliers, monitor their compliance, and conduct audits to ensure that only top-quality materials are used
    • Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards
    • Inspect final outputs, compare them to requirements, and approve or reject final products
    • Support product testing with aestheticians and conduct regular audits of production processes
    • Conduct regular quality assurance checks on products and equipment, and ensure that products are packaged and labeled correctly
    • Monitor incoming and outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and prevent double orders
    • Oversee the packaging process to ensure that products are packed securely and safely
    • Inspect all products before they are shipped out to customers to ensure they meet the required standards
    • Resolve any quality-related issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner

    Education and Experience:

    • B.Sc / HND in Quality Management or a related field.
    • 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Quality Control Officer

    Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge of skincare product testing and inspection procedures
    • Familiarity with quality control software, such as laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or computer-aided inspection systems
    • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry-specific regulations and standards, such as those set by the governing bodies
    • Proficiency in using analytical equipment, such as spectrophotometers, pH meters, or microscopes
    • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) methods, such as process capability analysis or control charts

    Sales Associate

    Overview

    • In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for all walk in customers.
    • You will welcome customers and help them select and recommend the products that best suit their needs, as well as recommend available products.
    • Your core responsibility is to engage customers and close sales to help the brand meet its goals.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales:

    • Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
    • Guide customers by ushering them to appropriate sections in the store based on their needs and interests
    • Be proactively engaged in upselling and maximize sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales target and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Upsell where appropriate
    • Follow policies and procedures for markdowns and sale events
    • Record sales by creating and updating customer profile records in the sales software

    • Ensure to be up-to-date knowing promotions, product launches, industry trends and competitors.
    • Adhere strictly to the dress code

    Store Operations:

    • Maintain the shop floor and visual display high standards, complying with the brand’s operational guidelines and merchandising procedures
    • Maintain store appearance and ambience
    • Ensure that the restrooms are cleaned as at when due
    • Balance cash registers with receipts
    • Execute all opening and closing procedures.

    Inventory Management:

    • Stay aware of inventory levels and communicate low stock to sales supervisor
    • Participate in stock count activities.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    Inventory Officer

    Overview   

    • In this role, you will be responsible to monitor and report on the DANG’s inventory levels.
    • You will also be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare purchase orders
    • Receive, store and issue inventories
    • Manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock
    • Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems
    • Update inventory on the website’s backend
    • Coordinate inventory and warehousing functions
    • Conduct regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts
    • Reconcile physical stock with the stock in the system or inventory log
    • Check the inventory software daily to monitor stock movement and maintain the optimal reorder level
    • Notify the team of new inventory received and update relevant systems
    • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
    • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
    • Notify the Procurement Officer when stock is low
    • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
    • Record daily deliveries to reconcile inventory
    • Monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
    • Maintain records of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the storeroom to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Collaborate with the Logistics and Fulfillment Supervisor to coordinate the movement of products and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
    • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
    • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
    • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
    • Supervise the offloading process and arrangement of merchandise, materials and other consignment so that it can be easily assessed
    • Ensure merchandise is stored in the stock room, using an orderly system for easy identification and retrieval
    • Develop procedures to avoid overstocking items that tie up cash and creates storage difficulties
    • Prepare reports on adjustments done on inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc.
    • Identify and mitigate inventory related risks
    • Generate and analyse inventory reports for ManagementPerform other duties as assigned.

    • Sound knowledge of the inventory management software (ERP) and inventory tracking tools (barcode readers, scanners, etc.)
    • Ability to track inventory and generate reports
    • Familiarity with various software programs necessary for day-to-day operations such as Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

    Customer Service Officer

    Overview

    • In this role, you are responsible for assisting with the needs of customers and responding to their concerns and feedback.
    • You will also build and preserve trusting relationships with customers, work to rectify issues experienced by individual customers as well as aim to improve the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle calls, requests and complaints from customers

    Accountant

    Overview

    • In this role, you will be responsible for cash flow management, monitoring income and expenditure, as well as reviewing account reconciliations.
    • You will also be responsible with keeping financial records, make sure that all transactions are entered into the accounting program accurately.

    Key Responsibilities
    Daily:

    • Post and reconcile daily transactions
    • Keep an updated record of daily business transactions
    • Extract sales records from the POS terminal to reconcile actual sales
    • Confirm proof of payments as requested
    • Investigate & resolve issues related to pending transactions such as refund, double-payment from customers, etc
    • Process incoming and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

    Weekly:

    • Prepare and make bank deposits
    • Ensure payment terminals gadgets are working properly
    • Check, identify, flag, and investigate discrepancies from purchase orders
    • Review all purchase orders and receipts for any vendor invoices submitted
    • Manage account payables and account receivables and maintain an up-to-date billing system, accounts receivable and payable files, customer files and records
    • Prepare weekly financial reports for management.

    Monthly:

    • Keep track, process, and reconcile payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, refund requisitions etc. in compliance with financial policies and procedures
    • Prepare the monthly payroll schedule and employees’ pay stubs to indicate deductions (statutory and penalties), reimbursements, bonuses or any other allowances
    • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements
    • Process the remittance of monthly taxes
    • Recommend cost management initiatives and assist with the development of business strategies by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
    • Maintain assets’ register and liaise with auditors
    • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
    • Code all invoices, including bills from electricity, water, taxes, miscellaneous expenses, etc
    • Carry out periodic inventory reconciliations in conjunction with the Procurement Officer and Inventory Officer
    • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts payable and receivable status
    • Perform any other task as assigned.

    • Professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage e.g., ICAN, ACCA

    Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge of accounting principles, best practices, and procedures
    • Proficiency in preparation of financial statements and records
    • Technical know-how on financial report writing
    • Ability to draw up monthly, quarterly, and annual budget
    • Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance (PAYE, PENSION, VAT, Company Income Tax)
    • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
    • Ability to read, compare and interpret figures and data
    • Knowledge of office administration and procedures.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good knowledge of statutory and regulatory laws
