    Assistant Branch Manager

    Job Description
    The following are the job description of an Assistant Branch Manager:

    • Drives sales through service.
    • Builds and promotes branch identify, drives sales and promotes overall ownership and accountability for improving customer service and branch success.
    • Functions as dual custody for the cash vault, opening and closing the vault, maintaining control of all cash and negotiable instruments, verifies daily cash.
    • Assists Branch Manager in meeting sales goals by generating deposit accounts and cross selling Bank products.
    • Assists client service representatives with opening of new accounts during peak periods.
    • Responsible for branch Safe Deposit Box operations.
    • Monitors daily work assignments, system input and adjusts staffing as needed to meet deadlines.
    • Approves all operations entries. Is a joint signer and verifier for Fed Wires.
    • Prepares/monitors reports - daily, monthly, quarterly, and as when requested by Head Office.
    • Handles customer inquiries and needs such as marketing and selling products, guiding them with SBI products (i.e., NRI related business) and resolving complaints.
    • Reviews cash and wire transactions for money laundering and suspicious transactions.
    • Reviews new accounts and activities and ensures that high risk accounts are identified and listed.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; with a minimum of 3 years of operational microfinance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Knowledge in Federal Banking Regulations relating to customer deposit accounts.
    • Familiarity with IRA services and personal banking products and services.
    • Demonstrated ability to generate deposits.

    Head of Commercial Solar PV Sales

    Responsibilities
    As the Head of Commercial Solar PV, you will be responsible for:

    • Maintaining and growing key accounts
    • Achieve sales targets
    • Develop and maintain sales teams
    • Setting KPIs and sales targets
    • Generating excitement for clients to move forward on solar with Resonant Energy
    • Walking through a detailed portfolio analysis and proposal
    • Identifying and gathering additional information needed to carry out project
    • Attend final client meetings to complete project sale
    • Walk clients through financing and contract options through contract execution

    Qualifications Requirement

    Land Acquisition Manager (Solar PV)

    Responsibilities
    The following are job description:

    • You will be in charge of finding, assessing, and purchasing land parcels throughout the STATE for the construction of solar PV and BESS projects as the land acquisition manager.
    • You will collaborate closely with a range of parties, including landowners, local government officials, attorneys, and internal teams to negotiate land agreements, obtain required licences, and make sure all applicable laws are followed.
    • Proficiency in land acquisition and excellent communication abilities
    • Source & identify land suitable for the development of Solar PV & Hydrogen projects and identify new land acquisition or leasing opportunities that align with the company's strategy and objectives.
    • Preliminary analysis of the identified land (environmental, urban planning, legalisation) and study of area planning & local regulations.
    • Develop & maintain a network of of relationships with authorities, agencies, municipalities, associations, landowners & local partners for land search (land brokers).
    • Negotiate & sign with the landowner the lease or option to purchase the land. Commercial management of signed land contracts (invoices, payments, renewals, etc.).
    • Initiate contact with the local councils where the land is located, to validate the suitability of the land for urban planning regulation purposes.

    Qaulification Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Environmental Studies, or a related field. Advanced Degree or professional certifications in a relevant discipline will be advantageous.
    • 3+ years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or related roles, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
    • In-depth knowledge of land acquisition processes, property laws, planning regulations, and environmental considerations in the country
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and external partners.

    Electrical Design Engineer

    Job Description

    • Specialises in planning, setting up, and upkeep of renewable energy systems like heat pumps and solar PV.
    • Adequate knowledge of industry-specific software (PVSol PVSyst) to create custom electrical designs for residential and commercial solar PV installations.
    • You will assist with MCS certificates, visit survey locations, and give technical advice to other team members.
    • Lead engineering for projects in our locat and international pipeline –residential, commercial, and utility scale
    • Verify initial system layout and gear location specified by salesperson
    • Complete system designs for PV projects including site plans, mechanical racking and attachment plans, single-line electrical drawings, specification of BOS location and interconnection details, and labeling
    • Interface and provide streamlined project information and detailed bill of materials to the procurement managers.
    • Provide operations, service and sales departments with engineering support as needed.
    • Understand the optimal design applications and design limitations of our standard products, and lead the evaluation of alternate products.

    Basic Qualifications

    • B.Sc Degree in ME or EE or related discipline preferred
    • At least 1 year of design or engineering experience related to renewable energy preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously
    • Any additional experience with estimating or designing electrical systems is preferred
    • Competence in AutoCAD is mandatory
    • Competence in PVSyst is preferred
    • Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, NEC requirements, construction practices
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
    • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

    Q & M Manager - Commercial Solar PV

    Responsibilities

    • The Q & M Manager is responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of all PV systems in our portfolio
    • He / she must ensure the systems under care are performing to a high standard, and all faults are quickly and effectively rectified. The O&M Manager contributes to related fields, including customer care, communications design, and contractual matters
    • He/she should also actively identify improvements or advances in technology to continuously improve the O&M scope.

    The O & M Manager will lead the O & M team to:

    • Plan and schedule all Q&M site visits (these may be reactive to customer queries or ongoing annual contracts).
    • Manage a team of Q&M Engineers.
    • Ensure ongoing monitoring of performance of systems under ongoing Q&M contracts on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Produce written monthly / quarterly / annual performance reports for PV systems under ongoing Q&M contracts.
    • Produce written reports from fault finding site visits on current status, and future work required.
    • Oversee purchasing of materials for Q&M works.
    • Work with Q&M Engineers to produce quotations for new Q&M work.
    • Work with Business Development Managers to secure Q&M contracts on retrofit projects.
    • Responsible for control of all warranty claims. Essential requirements

    To be successful in this role, you'll ideally need to:

    • Maintain all PV systems installed by the company or under Q&M contract
    • Monitor solar PV systems and respond to faults and breakdowns
    • Develop/improve Q&M processes and tools according to ISO 9001 standards.
    • Evaluate and procure remote monitoring and sensing solutions for solar PV systems
    • Process and analyse field data to evaluate performance of solar PV systems
    • Develop or identify predictive monitoring for photovoltaic systems by processing real-time data and identifying patterns that predict an imminent failure
    • Perform PV system commissioning and testing as necessary
    • Work with the PV installation team as necessary

    Requirements
    We are looking for candidates who:

    • Has a good Degree in electrical or combined engineering or similar.
    • Is well organised, with good analytical skills
    • Seizes the initiative to solve problems
    • Is good at interpersonal relations
    • Can inspire his or her team to excel
    • Has electrical engineering background.

    Salary

    • Above N150,000 monthly.
