    SBU Head (Retail- Mobile Industry)

    Job Competency Requirement

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell Sentiprotect to target customers in the financial sector.
    • Identify and target Commercial Banks, Microfinance Banks, Fintechs, Lenders, and Retailers as potential customers. Drive the adoption of Sentiprotect solutions to achieve set sales target and revenue growth
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Sentiprotect and its features, effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers and conduct effective sales pitches, build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance goals, conduct training, and offer coaching to ensure that sales targets are met.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
    • Collaborate closely with the product development team to gather Valuable customer feedback and insights. Work together to improve the product quality and experience of Sentiprotect solution based on customer needs.
    • Plan and ensure exceptional post-sale support for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously Identify and establish strategic partnerships to broaden the reach and adoption of Sentiprotect.
    • Collaborate with financial teams to plan and manage budgets related to sales activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process for new sales team members, ensuring that the team has the right talent to achieve sales targets.
    • Any other job as assigned by the Management to support organizational goals and objectives

    Qualifications and Skills Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred A proven work experience in selling services in the financial sector is a significant advantage and at least 4years in a leadership role.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
    • Excellent understanding of technology, particularly in the context of financial services.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

    Head of Sales (Retail- Mobile Industry)

    Job Competency Requirement

    • Coordinate the development of sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives for all SBU’s and supervise the implementation.
    • Collaborate with all SBU heads to ensure alignment of sales strategies, objectives and targets across all SBUs.
    • Take ownership of global sales targets and numbers, monitoring performance, and driving initiatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
    • Lead and manage the SBU’s Head, providing guidance, setting performance targets, and conducting performance evaluations.
    • Foster collaboration with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer satisfaction for all SBU’s
    • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and sales forecasts, presenting findings to management.
    • Continuously analyze market dynamics, competition, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies for each SBU’s accordingly.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation for all SBU’s
    • Continuously Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency in all SBU’s sales cycle.
    • Plan, schedule and Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

    Qualifications and Skills Required

    • Bachelor's degree in in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is an added advantage. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the mobile industry.
    • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, Excellent leadership, Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and team-building abilities.
    • Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools.
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

    Business Head (Retail- Mobile Industry)

    Job Competency Requirement

    • Plan, oversee the setup and launch of Matrix Branded Stores, for the retail sale of certified Preowned products, ensuring they align with company branding and standards.
    • Create and develop store policies, visual merchandising, and customer service standards to manage matrix branded stores for the retail sale of certified preowned products.
    • Build and lead a high-performing team, including sales, inventory management, warehousing, and retail sales professionals and set clear goals and KPI’s for team members, providing guidance to achieve targets.
    • Lead and drive and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service and drive store revenue.
    • Implement inventory tracking systems, maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and maintaining accurate record.
    • Create and implement strategies for acquiring preowned mobile devices through trade-ins, buybacks, or importation, establishing efficient collection processes and maintain relationships with suppliers.
    • Oversee the refurbishment and repair operations, manage the repair technicians and coordinate repair schedules to ensure services meet quality standards.
    • Create and implement packaging standards and supervise the process to ensure products are adequately prepared for sale.
    • Plan and implement weekly sales strategies to target dealers, retailers, and online markets and present regular reports on division performance to senior management. 

    Qualifications and Skills Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with proven experience in retail sales, inventory management, and general management, with at least 4years in a leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of the mobile device industry and market trends.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement process improvements.
    • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
