    Senior Officer, Client Engagement

    Mission Objective 

    • The Client Relations department is on a mission to incorporate the principle of total quality to help customers and partners find the right services or products that meet their needs;
    • Ensure they are well served, have a great experience and exceed their expectations for a continuous patronage.
    • The Client Engagement Associate will assist the Client Relations Department in creating and developing long-term relationships with customers that will ensure retention, loyalty and generate revenue.
    • The Client engagement Associate will be required to ensure customer conversions and retention.
    • The Client engagement Associate should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs and determine ways to fulfil them.
    • The goal of the Client engagement Associate will be to help the clinic safeguard our revenue and increase the number of our customers and retain them.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Purpose:

    • Diligently promote, follow up, close sales/deals, up-sell or cross-sell services and products. Promoting, following up, and closing sales/deals Work diligently to meet sales and revenue targets.
    • Creating plans to identify and address clients’ business needs Follow up on customers’ complaints and develop action plans to meet the identified needs, while liaising with concerned units for corrective action where necessary. Studying competition to retain customers Inform:

    Engagement:

    • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs Ensuring service delivery meets agreed service level agreements and diagnosing and improving service delivery Optimizing customer lifecycle and enhancing effectiveness through technology
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs. Work with the Client Relations Manager, on optimizing customer lifecycle.
    • Collecting client feedback and acting as a point of contact for complaints Continuously seeking ways to improve conversion, processes, and activities Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate complaints and/or feedback to the relevant departments promptly

    Delivery:

    • Ensuring adherence to contract terms and meeting sales and revenue targets
    • Establishing productive relationships with prospects in assigned sectors Ensure both EHA Clinics and our clients adhere to contract terms.     Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year of proven post NYSC-related experience as a Business Development Executive, Marketing Executive, Customer Success Officer or Client Service Officer.
    • Experience in the healthcare industry or pharmaceutical distribution industry will be a strong advantage.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Background in customer service, sales and marketing. Completion of compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or exemption.

    Senior Coordinator, Digital Marketing

    Mission Objective

    • The Communications Department provides strategic and creative services in communications critical to achieving the organization’s mission through fostering effective stakeholder engagement, building brand awareness, and promoting the organization's key messages. Providing overall media support to EHA Clinics in scaling it’s mission.
    • As a Digital Marketing Specialist in our healthcare organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital and offline marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services, enhance our online presence, and engage with our target audience effectively.
    • Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of digital marketing and communications, including social media management, content creation,content writing, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Purpose:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify optimization opportunities.
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services, events, and educational content. Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to support outreach initiatives and events
    • Engage with relevant stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with organizational objectives and foster collaborative efforts.

    Engagement:

    • Segment email lists and personalize messages for diverse target audiences.

    • Regularly update and maintain the organization's website, ensuring a user-friendly experience. Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to reach target audiences and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Optimize website content and structure to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic. Conduct keyword research and monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics. Track and analyze key performance indicators related to digital marketing efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA and GDPR.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of atleast 4 years in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
    • Hands on experience of social media in a professional setting and how to leverage social media/viral messaging as part of a PR strategy Experienced in corporate communications and digital marketing
    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).

    Warehouse Officer

    Mission Objective 

    • The distribution warehouse department is committed to providing high quality and cost-effective products and services to our valued partners and customers in line with our organization’s mission and vision.
    • The Warehouse Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and packaging of incoming and outgoing products to optimize warehouse operations while adhering to quality and safety procedures to meet departmental and organizational goals.
    • S/he collaborates actively with team members and supervisors to meet delivery deadlines and resolve issues in warehouse operations.
    • In addition, S/he will monitor warehouse facility conditions, including temperature control, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and the integrity of goods stored in the warehouse.

    • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to the movement and management of goods or services
    • Forecasting demand and supply, and ensuring that products or services are delivered to customers within specified timelines and quality standards.

    • Responsible for conferring and coordinating with other departments regarding all procurement matters

    • Process and Sequence deliverables/services efficiently to support provision of unit services in line with service standards.
    • Review and file vendor contracts, schedule deliveries and timely tracking of shipments
    • Maintains important documents, files, and records in an organized manner.
    • Check delivered loads to ensure accurate inventory, receives and updates inventory

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management & Technology, Supply Chain or any Management related field of study
    • A minimum of two (2) years experience
