    Ticketing Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Use ticketing systems to book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements according to client preferences and budget.
    • Issue airline tickets, including electronic tickets (e-tickets) and paper tickets.
    • Calculate and explain fares, including taxes, fees, and any applicable discounts or promotions.
    • Create and manage travel itineraries for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests related to ticketing.
    • Verify and process travel documents, including passports and visas.
    • Collect payments from clients for tickets and travel services, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc or HND from a reputable institution

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Good organizational and time management abilities.
