    Strategic Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans for all events, aligning them with client objectives, company goals, and industry best practices.
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation and expansion in event management.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements, expectations, and provide feedback.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
    • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
    • Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of events.
    • Develop event budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance to ensure events are delivered within budget constraints.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI.
    • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any disruptions to event operations.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, insurance requirements, and other legal considerations for event management.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the event management team, including event coordinators, planners, and support staff.
    • Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to event success, client satisfaction, and team performance.
    • Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback from clients and stakeholders, and implement improvements based on lessons learned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Social Science, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Proven experience in event management, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic leadership role
    • Strong understanding of the event industry, market trends, and best practices
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and project management tools
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
    • Certification in event planning or project management is a plus

    Human Resources Business Partner

    Job Responsibilities:

    •  Ensures that general change objectives are met by participating in the planning and execution stages with the HR Manager and other Managers.
    • Utilizes familiarity with the organization’s employees to understand their needs and expectations during a change.
    • Analyzes employees’ responsibilities and identifies how employees can be successfully transitioned to the new organizational structure.
    •  Creates an overall summary of positions that will be affected by the change and positions that will not be affected.
    • Educates employees on the company purpose, annual objectives, and various action plans.
    • Works closely with the HR Manager to plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
    • Ensure background checks are conducted.
    • Builds positive employee relationship by assessing employees’ needs, identifying employees’ requirements, and developing exciting initiatives to boost employees’ morale and productivity.
    • Gathers information related to employee complaints and proposes possible solutions.
    • Creates an environment that is conducive to producing a committed workforce.
    • Evaluates processes and addresses inefficiencies in the workforce.
    • Creates an on-boarding process that is welcoming, thorough and incorporates the company culture.
    • Collaborates with the HR Manager in monitoring appraisal schemes.

    Job Requirements:

    • BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information.
    • Ability to deliver result and work under pressure and resourceful.
    •  Meticulous attention to details.

    Event Consultant

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Client Consultation and Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements, objectives, and preferences to deliver personalized event solutions.
    • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their event needs, budget constraints, timeline, and desired outcomes.
    • Develop customized event proposals, recommendations, and strategic plans in alignment with client expectations and company standards.
    • Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and proactive engagement throughout the event planning process.
    • Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into reality, offering creative ideas, innovative concepts, and value-added services to enhance the event experience.

    Event Planning and Execution:

    • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, logistics, timelines, and guest experiences.
    • Create detailed event timelines, production schedules, and task lists to ensure smooth coordination and execution of all event elements.
    • Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure competitive pricing, quality products, and reliable services. d. Oversee on-site event logistics, set-up, and coordination to ensure seamless execution and adherence to event plans and schedules.
    • Address any issues or challenges that may arise during events, offering timely solutions, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive guest experience. 

    Creative Concept Development and Design:

    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop event concepts, themes, decor, branding, and visual elements that align with client preferences and brand identity.
    • Offer creative input, innovative ideas, and unique solutions to elevate event design, aesthetics, ambiance, and overall guest experience.
    • Present design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations to clients for feedback, revisions, and final approval.
    • Source and recommend event decor, props, signage, and branding materials to enhance the visual impact and thematic coherence of events.
    • Oversee the implementation of event designs, ensuring quality execution, attention to detail, and consistency with the client's vision.

    Budget Management and Financial Accountability:

    • Develop comprehensive event budgets, cost estimates, and financial projections based on client requirements and company pricing guidelines.
    • Monitor and track event expenses, vendor payments, and budget allocations to ensure adherence to financial targets and profitability goals.
    • Negotiate cost-effective solutions, discounts, and value-added services with vendors to optimize budget utilization and maximize cost savings.
    • Prepare and present regular budget reports, financial summaries, and post-event evaluations to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Recommend strategic cost-saving measures, budget adjustments, and revenue-generating opportunities to enhance financial performance and client satisfaction.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field. 
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or consulting, preferably in the event management industry. 
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing a variety of events, from corporate functions and conferences to social celebrations and special occasions. 
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members with professionalism and enthusiasm. 
    • Creative flair, design sensibility, and vision to conceptualize and implement innovative event themes, decor, and experiences. 
    • Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite for planning, tracking, and reporting purposes. 
    • Strong financial acumen, budget management skills, and ability to analyze event costs, revenue streams, and profitability metrics.
