    Corporate Sales Officer

    QUALIFICATION

    • A university degree - BA or BS is required and post qualification work experience of at least 6 years.
    • At least three years’ experience performing a similar function within the healthcare and managed care sector.
    • At least three years in a sales management position, supervising sales executives.
    • Minimum of six years overall experience in Sales/Business development

    Group Head Sales & Business Development

    QUALIFICATION

    • Proven 8 – 10 years experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director, meeting, or exceeding targets
    • BA/B.SC degree or equivalent
    • Demonstrable experience as Group Head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and at each stage to position products against competitors
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and influencing skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills – Bid preparation, Proposals, Presentations
    • Experienced and adept in the use of IT systems, Apps and other digital tools to  record, monitor, analyse and report on Sales Performance.
    • Proven ability to motivate, inspire and train Sales managers and officers.

    Regional Manager

    QUALIFICATION

    • BA/B.SC degree or equivalent 
    • Proven 8 – 12 years’ experience in management out of which 6 years should have been spent in sales management. 
    • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in financial management and driving financial performance. 
    • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results 
    • Entrepreneurial approach to business development 
    • Strong leadership skills, able to evaluate information logically and thoughtfully and to make rational high-level judgements and decisions 
    • Well-developed negotiation and project management skills 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Displays a self-motivated and driven personality.
