    Slickline Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • To operate slickline equipment as required with the capabilities of the supervisor core competency
    • To manipulate various slickline tools downhole for objective achievement
    • Understands well programs, execute the plans and document reports
    • Delegate responsibilities and task within team as appropriate to team member competency
    • To supervise crews and ensure full compliance to safety and quality procedures
    • Organize presentation and training procedure for Assistants and Trainees
    • Ensure all documentation for the job is positive before mobilization to client site
    • Liaise with technical advisor to ensure adequate equipment is available for operation
    • To maintain overall control of slickline operations at job site/client site.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc / HND / B.Eng Degree
    • Masters will be as added advantage
    • Minimum Experience: 10 years’ experience in Slickline Operations
    • IWCF Level 4
    • BOISET
    • OSP

    Assistant Slickline Operator

    Responsibilities

    • Deputize for the well service supervisor on required basis in their absence
    • Review well operation programs, well files as required and liaise with the team supervisor in planning the operation, preparation of equipment necessary to execute a successful well intervention.
    • Conduct pre-trip, post-trip check on the equipment, tools
    • Carry out responsibilities and task assigned to you by team supervisor
    • Ensure successful outcome of the clients BHPT well program by ensuring the gauge are properly deployed as operation demand
    • Assist in assembly, preparation of equipment for installation and service.

    • High degree of problem solving aptitude
    • Good knowledge of safety procedure and processes
    • Good computer skill
    • Report writing skill.
