    Accountant / Admin Officer

    Job Description

    • Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
    • Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
    • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor spending against budget allocations and report variances.
    • Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
    • Calculate and record payroll deductions such as taxes and benefits.
    • Prepare financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
