    Project Finance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the project
    • Preparefinancial statements
    • Record and process transactions relating to the project
    • Support the Project Management team in overseeing project financial and contractual performance.
    • Maintain and review project budgets, monthly billing trackers, and resource allocation, performing regular financial analysis.
    • Ensure timely invoicing of project deliverables each month, aligning with billable activities and milestones achieved for accurate and prompt billing processes.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers and service/product delivery teams to support project forecasting and develop necessary financial metrics.
    • Build strong relationships with our clients’ procurement and accounting teams, ensuring effective communication and financial collaboration throughout projects.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and support operational planning.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, and project finance roles.
    • Chartered Certification would be an added advantage
    • Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
    • Strong project management skills with experience in financial analysis and budget management.
    • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems creatively.
    • Able to make informed decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

    Project Engineering Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • You will create engineering projects in alignment with project goals and timelines.
    • You will collaborate with multiple teams, including product, design, and development, to drive project success.
    • You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve services and infrastructure focusing on performance, scalability, and resilience. You will also build Integration among services and tools. Expertise setting up continuous deployment and integration is required for this role.     Project HR Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with assigned group(s), designing, and implementing plans that address hiring, retention, development, and engagement.
    • Compile business and employee perspective / insights in order to represent the business in HR strategy/program/policy development.
    • Providing support in all matters related to employee relations including performance management, code of conduct, fair employment practices and all other application of local policies, work rules, procedures and applicable laws.
    • Analyze people metrics to identify trends and recommend courses of action; make people metrics visible routinely to drive leadership behavior and action.
    • Advise leaders and people managers on organizational effectiveness, talent management, performance and development so they can lead the organization to meet established project targets using best practice techniques and processes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 8 years of related HR experience specifically with a mix of talent management, employee relations and HRBP roles or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
    • Previous experience in EPC industry (engineering, procurement & construction) is strongly preferred.
    • Experience in labour law, compliance, and managing sensitive investigations.
    • Experience with analyzing talent data to make fact-based HR decisions and proposals.
    • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Seen as a ‘team player’ with a consultative style and ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy in interactions with all levels of staff within the project.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of making presentations to senior leadership.
    • Excellent follow through skills and the ability to anticipate and address project needs proactively.
    • Ability to maintain perspective, balance, and focus through challenge, uncertainty and change.
    • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

    Project Operation Manager

    Job Purpose

    • The Project Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the operation’s overall business strategy by providing leadership and direction to the project's team by helping to drive continuous process improvements and by ensuring the operation is in compliance with project policies.
    • The Operations Manager must be a person who can ensure the implementation of solid systems and processes.

    Nature of Duties/Responsibilities
