    Sales Supervisor - Farm & Fresh

    Role Profile

    • We are looking for a talented person to join our Sales team as a supervisor tasked with managing our commercial deliverables in Agro Processors, Food Manufacturing companies etc. space.
    • You will maintain relationship with these Agro processors and Kyosk Sourcing team to support order generation and fulfilment.

    Responsibilities.

    • Customer Acquisition and Onboarding
    • Mastering the Target market and generating an ambitious number of leads within the market in the designated region or category
    • Tabulating a Sales Pipeline for lead validation
    • Perfecting one’s sales pitch to articulate different value propositions to different stakeholders
    • Mastering the suitable acquisition channels and maximizing on them
    • Meeting the minimum agreed target for registrations and onboardings in line with the set sales projections
    • Revenue Generation and Growth
    • Converting prospects into Sales
    • Increasing Basket sizes by Upselling and Crossing
    • Opening up new markets within the same category
    • Leveraging on referrals from the existing Customer base
    • Establishing networks with non-conflicting players in the same space for more business development
    • Attaining the set revenue targets month on month
    • Ensure 100% collection of receivables
    • People Management and Development:
    • Recruit and manage a motivated and aggressive team to deliver the sales mandate.
    • Schedule frequent one on one sessions with the team members to evaluate performance, identify areas of development and address any challenges.
    • Analyze, develop and monitor performance quality measures for the department.
    • Deliver training needs from time to time.
    • Customer Retention
    • Creating reliability by always keeping in touch with the customers
    • Conducting regular spot-checks to ensure good service delivery
    • Maintaining a feedback log from the clients to keep improving customer experience day by day
    • Develop a check-in schedule for different touch points and maintain this on a calendar
    • Advocate for customer satisfaction to all departments
    • Formulate a reward policy for loyal customers e.g discounts
    • Manage client relationships, introduce clients to new and additional products and ensure client retention.
    • Conduct autonomous customer satisfaction surveys to capture additional areas of improvement and feedback

    • Understand the go to market strategy for each product and appropriately execute sales.

    • Promoting the Framers vision for Farm & Fresh
    • Give presentations, seminars and briefings to clients articulating Farm & Fresh Value Proposition.
    • Providing Market Insights
    • Gather relevant intel/ information within the market and forward to the company for analysis and strategy changes.
    • Digital transformation
    • Pushing for 100% digital migration to the Kwikbasket buyer mobile app or web app
    • Maximizing on the uptake of the available financial services on the platform to realize true value of the customer
    • Data Analysis and reporting.
    • Interpret various consumption data patterns to the customer.
    • Generate sales reports as per the set targets and KPIs for ease of performance analysis.

    • Number of Prospect Visits weekly

    Required Education & Experience Needed

    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in sales and marketing or related field.
    • 4-5 years’ working experience in B2B sales preferably in the FMCG/Fresh produce Industry in supervisory role. .
    • Experience in HORECA (Commodity or commercial kitchen) sales is an added advantage
    • Experience working in customer-based roles, proven sales track record and contribution to business growth
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
    • Overall knowledge of standard sales process and sales cycle.
    • Proven experience in initiating sales meetings.
    • Experience in cold calling and engaging potential customers.
    • Ability to interpret and echo the stages of a sales pipeline.
    • Experience managing a team and driving performance.
    • Compliance with customer service standards and proper customer relationship management.
    • Thorough understanding of the industry and negotiating techniques.
    • Able to utilize different Sales automation tools such as CRM.

    Fulfillment Supervisor - Surulere

    Role Profile 

    • Manage the frontline fulfilment process in the market as part of delivering its overall operational objectives.
    • You will be responsible for the day-to-day warehousing and dispatch operations for the market to ensure the company's targets and objectives on inventory and order fulfilment processes are met.
    • Guarantee operational processes and standards are followed and oversee all housekeeping standards while driving continuous improvement at the market level. 

    Key Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Inbound outbound Management: Responsible for both inbound and outbound operations of the market. Assure on-time in full deliveries as the set company targets and assure the defined warehousing and dispatch costs are maintained per set targets. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner including management of customer returns per the agreed standards. 
    • Inventory Management: Deliver 100% Inventory Accuracy while working with the defined stakeholders to minimize stock-outs and damages while driving proper stock handling to minimize losses in damages. 
    • Operational Excellence: Lead identification and closure of Continuous Improvement  Initiatives within the framework of Lean Principles within the warehouse. Execute all operations activities such as stock taking, physical inventory count, inventory accuracy in allocation, consumption levels, and order fulfilment. Actively engage in route planning and delivery schedules to ensure all deliveries and completed within the allocated delivery windows. 
    • People Management: Coach and manage associates (from third-party providers) to deliver shared objectives. Ensure the completion of daily tasks and responsibilities; resolve issues preventing the completion of tasks. Build a team philosophy and cultivate a team atmosphere by working with the team to achieve the company's targets and objectives. Train new employees in company policies and procedures, as well as product knowledge. Inculcate the company culture among team members and third-party partners and providers. 
    • Compliance: Assure compliance to Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and any identified requirements; compliance to all laid down Fulfilment SOPs and associated business processes. 
    • Reporting: Develop and present reports on inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, transport costs for the market, and order cancellation among other key aspects in warehousing &  dispatch.

    Minimum Requirements

    • A minimum of five years of experience in supply chain management (warehousing & dispatch) in a busy-paced environment;
    • At least 3 years experience in a Supervisory role;
    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years demonstrated progressive career growth in Sciences, Engineering, Computing, Economics, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Analytics;
    • Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management;
    • Tech Savvy and proficient in warehousing systems, data entry software/systems, and computer systems including Microsoft Suite;
    • Membership in an appropriate professional body is an added advantage;
    • Physical stamina, ability to work long hours on one’s feet;
    • Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
    • Experience in an FMCG or Retail background is preferred;
    • Demonstrated experience handling route planning and mapping to yield maximum returns;
