    Quantity Surveyor

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.
    • Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
    • Advise on a range of legal and contractual issues.
    • Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
    • Measure and value the work done on-site.
    • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
    • Select and/or source construction materials.
    • Write detailed progress reports.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the real estate sector.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.

    Legal / HR Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The Legal/HR Assistant will support the company's HR and legal functions by managing contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing cross-functional support.
    • This role requires a solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws, contract management, and regulatory standards, ideally within the oil and gas sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, and maintain contracts (employment, vendor, project).
    • Ensure timely renewal and compliance with legal standards.
    • Ensure adherence to NNPC, labor, tax, and health/safety regulations.
    • Conduct research on industry regulations and laws.
    • Update the Legal and HR teams on relevant changes.
    • Maintain legal document filing (registrations, permits, licenses).
    • Assist with meetings, minutes, and corporate record-keeping.
    • Collaborate with HR and Legal on projects, investigations, and audits.
    • Provide general administrative support (meetings, document drafting).

    Qualifications & Skills
    Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
    • Professional certifications in HR or Law (CIPM, CIPD, LL.B) are a plus.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years in an administrative role, preferably in the oil and gas sector or related to HR and legal functions.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian labor laws, employment contracts, and legal compliance within the oil and gas industry.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with HR software systems (HRIS) and legal document management tools.
    • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor and contract law.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

    Sales Consultant (Luxury Items)

    Job Description

    • Building and maintaining rapport with key clients; Hospitality, Corporate bodies, Fitness & Gym Outfits, Contractors, and Individuals, identifying new opportunities
    • Negotiate contracts for purchases and manage, renew, and review contracts as required to enable effective customer/supplier relations.
    • Develop and maintain relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
    • Comply with performance objectives and targets provided.
    • Proactively liaise with the Inventory Team in obtaining the real-time inventory position.
    • Contribute towards developing new sales strategies/techniques to attract new customers to the showroom.
    • Participate in the planning and implementation of annual in-house exhibitions and conferences, as a deliberate sales/marketing strategy.

    Requirements

    • First Degree (B.Sc) in any discipline.
    • 3 - 5 years experience in the same industry
