    Quality Control / Quality Assurance Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • The Project QA/QC Coordinator is responsible for developing the Quality Management System for the assigned Project and guaranteeing the related application by the project team during all project phases, in compliance with the corporate System for Management of Quality, the contractual requirements and in line with project schedule and budget.

    • Collect evaluation elements for the operation of the project management system (for example identifying any organizational or procedural defect, analyzing critical points, …) and formulate and promote actions for improvement with the O&M Manager and the project team and/or other relevant company Functions.
    • Participate in the resolution of problems related to quality at Site.
    • Review Subcontractors’ Quality System, Quality Organization and procedures.
    • Check the flow of information and documents, for example Request for Inspections, follow up of the activities with subcontractors, and non-conformities.

    Commissioning Control Systems Specialist

    Job Summary

    • He/She cooperates with Operation and Maintenance group during the Operation phase as per project requirements.

    • Ensure official certifications for operating staff as applicable.
    • Ensure that the right Safety procedures are in place and applied.
    • Ensure that the Environment is adequately protected. To issue pertinent procedures for waste disposal in accordance with Local Legislation and procedures.
    • Develop Emergency Response plan in conjunction with the Management, the Company and the Local Authorities.
    • Ensure that incidents, accidents and near misses are regularly reported and logged and adequately investigated.
    • Report HSE activities and log statistics for follow up
    • Ensure that Local Legislation is understood and complied with.
    • Act a focal point with the Company and Local Authorities.
    • Attend the daily, weekly, monthly meetings, being proactive on HSE related issues.
    • Attend the Hazop, Simops, Risk Assessments and other HSE related meetings, acting as focal point among the Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Company.
    • Actively follow up the PTW procedures.
    • Actively cooperate with the FF Brigade.
