    Executive Assistamt (Female)

    Location:     Lekki,Lagos
    Salary: N100,00 N120,000
    Job Summary    

    In this role, you will be responsible for provding support to the Managing Director by performing administrative duties as well as managing calendars, making travel arrangements, recording meeting minutes, and preparing reports.

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the Managing Director
    • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary
    • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including making appointments and priotizing the most sensitive matters
    • Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director, employees, clients and other external partners
    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Perform minor accounting duties
    • Submit daily report on tasks carried out to the Managing Director
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    Job Duties and Tasks for: "Secondary School Teacher"

    • Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students for whom they are responsible.
    • Instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations in one or more subjects such as English, mathematics, or social studies.
    • Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to students.
    • Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students' progress.
    • Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities.
    • Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
    • Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.
    • Assign and grade class work and homework.
    • Observe and evaluate students' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.

    Summary
    In this role, you are responsible for promoting the brand via traditional and digital means, managing the brand’s market position, and overseeing sales and marketing processes. You are also to ensure that sales and marketing targets are met, and steps taken to meet set targets are in line with the brand’s policies and standards.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Oversee the management of digital channels.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
    • Plan and oversee campaign/promotion activities.
    • Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying fashion trends and new market opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • 7 to 10 years work experience.
