    Factory / Production Supervisor

    Description

    • We are looking for smart, forward-thinking, consistent and experienced Furniture production supervisor to oversee our production operations. You will guarantee that the manufacturing of furniture remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop production schedules in coordination with the production manager and other relevant departments.
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet production goals and deadlines.
    • Ensure that production plans align with overall business objectives.
    • Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including machine operators, assemblers, and other production staff.
    • Train new employees and ensure that existing staff members are adequately trained on equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards.
    • Motivate and encourage employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
    • Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure that finished products meet the company's quality specifications.
    • Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues that may affect product quality.
    • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to continuously improve product quality.

    Qualifications

    • HND / Diploma in a Technical, Engineering or relevant field
    • 8-10 years of proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in furniture industry.
    • Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
    • knowledge on AutoCAD drawings and the use of CNC is an added advantage.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office

    • Solid understanding of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
    • Demonstrated expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) practices and implementation.
    • Proficiency in managing social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
    • Strong content marketing skills, including content creation and distribution across various channels.
    • Experience in email marketing, including campaign development, segmentation, and analytics.
