    Head of Finance

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
    • Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial targets.
    • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
    • Assess and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies and internal controls.
    • Monitor cash flow projections and optimize cash management to support operational needs and investment opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements, working closely with external tax advisors as necessary.
    • Coordinate financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion of audit processes.
    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, department heads, and external partners, to drive financial performance and alignment with business objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • 8 - 10 years experience in a senior finance role, working with a BPO industry or related service-oriented sectors is an added advantage.

    Head of Operations

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
    • Provide leadership and direction to departmental managers and supervisors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, including production planning, inventory management, procurement, and distribution, to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and operational benchmarks to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and quality enhancement programs.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations in all operational activities.
    • Mentor, coach, and develop team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 7-8 years experience in a senior operation role with a track record of success in operations management.
    • Strong understanding of BPO processes, technology, and industry trends.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

    Accountant

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Membership in any of the recognized professional accounting institutions i.e ICAN, ACCA, etc will be an added advantage.
    • Between 4 - 7 years experience handling the overall accounting or financial function in a structured company.
    • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and practices to efficiently monitor the business' budgeting and cashflow modelling framework.
    • Demonstrated capacity carrying out statutory & tax computations for prompt filing while managing the relationships with the appropriate (tax & regulatory compliance) personnel & government authorities
    • Ability to manage and maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company's accounts are up-to-date & in compliance with applicable standards & requirements.
    • Ability to conduct periodic analytical reviews of the business' monthly operating results while continually enhance the business' operating profit margin.
