    Director of Design

    We’re looking for a passionate Director of Design to join our team and build world-class healthcare solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Designers and UX Researchers that distribute their work across multiple product teams. We are looking for a candidate who has deep understanding of user-centred design principles, a track record of delivering successful products, and ability to create and champion strategies to create strong user experiences at scale. 

    As Director of Design, reporting to the SVP of Product, you will be required to: 

    • Own the holistic User Experience on the Reliance Health different product and champion UX through-out the company to help create seamless experiences for all our user groups.  
    • Initiate projects and plans to continuously improve the User Experience based on a good understanding of user needs, their behaviours, data analysis, usability testing, customer feedback and evaluation of the current state of the overall experience 
    • Lead and build a UX team that excels in User Experience practices and user centred design. This includes coaching the team, shaping roles, recruiting new talents, improving practices, and creating a motivating environment for people to collaborate positively, strive and develop 
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to develop Design and strategies that align with our product and business goals 
    • Work with both Brand, Product and Engineering teams to ensure a distinctive and consistent design language across all of our products 
    • Communicate extensively to your team and all relevant stakeholders key updates, design decisions, rationale, and direction through presentations and other documentation 
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into our design processes 

    Requirements

    • Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of creating successful UX leveraging research, prototyping, usability testing and data analysis. 
    • Experience in leading and managing a team of designers and researchers 
    • Outstanding skills in design, analytics and user research 
    • Insatiable curiosity about customers, their problems and wants constantly hunting for new insights to develop better experiences to them 
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
    • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles 
    • Able to solve complex problems analytically, with the ability to synthesize and present actionable solutions 
    • Ability to lead change effectively in a large company 
    • Expertise in UX and design tools such as Hotjar, Figma, and Miro 
    • It is a plus if you worked in scale-ups and conducted research to ensure product market fit when launching in new markets.

    Senior Corporate Retention Associate (Small Business)

    Description

    The Senior Corporate Retention Associate (Small Business) plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the Small business Retention team to ensure optimal client satisfaction to drive retention and revenue growth. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and leadership skills to address customer needs, manage escalations, and drive the team's performance.  

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Technical and Product Support: Provide support to team members, leveraging deep product knowledge and technical expertise to optimize solutions and enhance client satisfaction. 
    • Team Leadership and Meetings: Lead and organize regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and ensure the team meets deliverables. 
    • Negotiation Representation: Assist CRAs in negotiation meetings, offering high-level representation to secure client retention and manage escalations. 
    • Point of Escalation: Serve as the primary escalation point for CRAs, collaborating across units to resolve service issues and maintain high customer satisfaction. 
    • Project Management: Support the CRE in supervising the team, driving motivation, and ensuring project deliverables are met within established timelines. 
    • Coaching and Onboarding: Onboard new team members, providing mentorship and training to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing professional development. 
    • Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on team progress and specific assignments as required by the CRE. 
    • Customer Retention Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of retention metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance client retention.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND degree 
    • Minimum of one year experience in Corporate Retention or a similar role.  
    • Strong written and spoken communication skills 
    • Strong analytical thinking skills 
    • Strong project management skills 
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
