    Sales Manager

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • The Sales Manager is responsible to drive growth of sales revenue across a portfolio of diverse real estate product types.
    • He will be leading a team of sales executives across different locations, setting goals and targets and ensuring the alignment to companies forecasted sales revenue targets.
    • He/She would, develop and implement strategies, manage transaction pipeline and ensure goals are met. Monitor fast changing market trends and ensure strategies are adjusted accordingly.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    *Sales Management*

    • Must be target driven and be accountable for ensuring sales revenue targets are met month on month.
    • Responsible for lead generation and ensuring the team converts them to prospects and closes as sales.
    • Work in close tandem with marketing team and be involved in close loop handshake, to ensure our sales and marketing strategy are in synch.
    • Responsible for collating, processing, cleansing, updating and maintaining accurate sales data.
    • Mining and analyzing of sales data, to identify trends and new opportunities for sales improvement. Help marketing team in planning campaigns.
    • Responsible for coordinating the sales team to prepare for robust sales events, such as sales promotion campaigns, festivity campaigns and industry trade fairs.
    • Oversee preparation of product sales proposals and presentations.
    • Review market conditions and identifying trends that could impact sales prices or interest in AMC
    • Engaging regularly with prospective clients to identify their needs and concerns, in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
    • Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly comprehensive sales revenue and forecasts reports to executive management.
    • Engage closely with AMC delivery team to understand progress on agreed deliverables promised customers in order to provide accurate information updates on achievability.
    • Represent AMC at corporate events or sales meetings.
    • Dimension customers properly, to know which products well suited to sell to them.
    • Manage certified affiliated marketers and agents to ensure they are not mis-representing the company and ensure sales meet AMC Quality assurance standards.
    • Set team sales targets in relation to the Companys goals and ensuring team has the necessary resources to achieve the set targets.
    • Periodically provide leadership, training and coaching for sales team
    • Prepare and present to executive management, sales report by tracking, collating and interpreting sales figures.
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 10 years cumulative experience, 8 of which must have been in a Senior sales management roles (Preferably in Real Estate)
    • Must have proven experience of carrying and achieving, big number target revenue responsibility roles and have a verified proof of achieving numbers.
    • Must have strong team management skills and proven record of leading and driving sales team to produce results.
    • Strong experience of profit driven business development
    • Strong experience in Excellent Data Management and reporting
    • Excellent communicator and strong in presenting sales pitches to senior persons and clients.

    SKILLS:

    • Financial / commercial management exposure
    • Must be an innovative, strategic and analytical thinker, with an ability to respond agilely to change in business circumstances.
    • Strong Client relation management
    • Review and recommend good sales strategies

    QUALIFICATION:

    • B.sc Degree in Business, Marketing, finance an MBA will be preferred.

    Account Manager

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the recycling or manufacturing industry.
    • Proven track record of business management and developing successful business strategies.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing FREEE Recycle Limited accounts.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    Account Management

    • Oversee the management of all accounts related to FREEE Recycle Limited, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Develop and implement strategies for effective account management and resolution of account-related issues.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure account requirements and expectations are met.
    • Review and approve account-related documentation and transactions.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of all account activities and communications.

    Financial Management

    • Prepare and manage budgets for FREEE Recycle Limited accounts, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
    • Monitor and report on financial performance, including invoicing and payment collection.
    • Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and improve financial outcomes.
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with FREEE Recycle Limiteds clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to management.

    Reporting and Analysis

    • Prepare detailed reports on account performance, financial status, and key metrics.
    • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.
    • Present reports and analyses to senior management and recommend strategies for improvement.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account management.
    • Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements

    • Identify areas for improvement in account management processes and systems.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the companys processes.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and address challenges.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and make necessary
