    Supermarket Supervisor

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Ensure customers receive a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
    • Monitor the store to ensure standard hygiene and safety guidelines are adhered to by customers and subordinates.
    • Monitor items on the shelf or products on display to encourage customer purchases.
    • Carry out regular checks on the stocks to prevent damages or theft.
    • Carry out training and re-training of staff on excellent customer services.
    • Carry out stock/inventory reconciliation on daily basis to avoid stock out.
    • Drive all subordinates to attend to customers' needs and requests courteously.
    • Liaise with the supply chain/procurement team to ensure timely delivery of stock etc.

    Academic Qualifications and Skills

    • BSc / HND in social science or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a supermarket.
    • Attention to detail and pleasant personality.
    • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure from customers.
    • A good team player and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to track inventory.

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions.
    • Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e. cash and electronics payment to ensure correctness of all transactions from all business units.
    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
    • Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during the audit process.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
    • Ensure financial discipline in all transactions.
    • Tracking of all expenses for prudency.
    • Review all receivables and payables for accuracy or correctness etc.
    • Review and cross-check invoices against payment requests for accuracy.
    • Preparation of payroll and all statutory payments.

    Qualifications

    • HND/BSc in Accounting/Accountancy or related field.
    • ACA/ANAN members will be added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
    • Ability to interpret and analyze financial records.
    • High level of Integrity and confidentiality.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Familiar with Tally or any accounting packages.
    • Attention to detail and good record management.
    • Ability to make well-informed presentations on financial reports.
    • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    Arcade / Game & Entertainment Manager

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • To develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.
    • Build a strong network to ensure the traffic flow of customers to the arcade.
    • Ensure all games are properly maintained and working perfectly at all times.
    • Drive all the subordinates to provide exceptional customer service.

    Arcade Supervisor

    • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a gaming environment.
    • Good communication skills i.e. both verbal and written.
    • Ability to explain the operations of the arcade to customers effectively.
    • Attention to detail and pleasant personality.
    • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.

    Store Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare request/outlet need and send same to the inventory officer for prompt supply.
    • Receiving and storage of stocks in line with the company’s guidelines.
    • Run stocks of the outlet vs warehouse daily to know what is available in the main warehouse i.e. to determine what is needed and can be supplied to the outlet.
    • Run the outlet needs with other outlets' stock balances to shed stock and avoid overstocking 2 twice weekly.
    • Carry out daily reconciliation of stocks both physically and on the system.
    • Carry out periodic age analysis of stocks and report to the management on the state of stocks, especially those near expiry date.
    • Carry out regular stock/inventory reconciliation to avoid stock out.
    • Ensure proper arrangement of the store to prevent damages, theft
    • Ensure adequate keeping of inventory records etc.
    • Prevent any unauthorized person from entering the store.
    • Issued out stock based on first in and first out or as may be directed by the management.
    • Maintain total compliance with food and beverage safety/health guidelines in the store.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc. in Purchasing and Supply or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
    • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask
    • Attention to detail and good record management.
    • Good organization and problem-solving and teamwork skills.
    • Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.

    Assistant Supermarket Manager
