    Field Sales Representative

    Responsibilities 

    • Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Meet and exceed sales quotas by consistently closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide customers with relevant insights and solutions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Previous experience in the FMCG sector is compulsory.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of customers.
    • Result-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
    • Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record customers' interactions and sales activities.
    • Keen interest in conducting research to understand customers' needs and industry trends.
    • A passion for building and nurturing relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth.

    Business Development Consultant

    Major Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry through research, networking, and outreach.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase the company's market share.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Provide regular reports on business development activities, results, and forecasts to senior management.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform business strategy.
    • Achieve set sales and business development targets within the contract period.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND or BSc in relevant fields with 2 - 6 years work experience.
    • Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction industry.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, products, and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and maintain full availability throughout the 3-month contract period.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and objectives.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
    • Availability during working hours throughout the duration of employment is required.
