    Asset Management Officer

    Job Summary

    • As an Inventory Audit Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of our inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing effective control measures.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular audits of the company's inventory to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies and collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to reconcile inventory records.
    • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues and generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
    • Work closely with the finance department to reconcile inventory records with financial records and ensure compliance with established documentation and record-keeping procedures.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to inventory management and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent in relevant courses.
    • 1 - 3 years’ relevant experience in inventory audit.
    • Strong use of Excel, Familiarity with Data analysis, inventory management software and systems.

    Administrative Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities includes greeting all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed.

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments while ensuring that the check-in, check-out, and payment process is handled following company policy.
    • Provide calls to all guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.
    • Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed.
    • Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy and regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa and perform the duties of the retail consultant as needed.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in any related field
    • Minimum of 1 year of proven working experience and exposure in Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in the beauty industry.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Spa Booking Software.
