    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the business development team to achieve company targets.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Oversee the preparation of business proposals and contracts.
    • Mentor and train junior business development staff.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.
    • Report to senior management on business development activities and progress.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    Business Development Officers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Qualifications
