    Sales Executive (Ibadan)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.

    QAQC Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Implement and maintain an internal quality system designed to ensure continuous efficiency in business activities and compliance with quality standards.
    • Prepare quality documentation procedures, Quality plan, and ITP.
    • Good understanding of QAQC Process-NCR, CAPAR, Calibration, testing/inspection.
    • Ability to interpret GAD and sectional drawings and codes of rotating equipment.
    • Technical ability to use dimensional instruments- micrometer and vernier calliper.

    QUALIFICATION

    • Education Background; BENG/HND In Engineering
    • Certification Required;- QAQC
    • Certification- ISO 9001 Internal/ Lead Auditor, ASNT Level 2, NACE, CSWIP ( Any of the three would be required)
    • Years Of Experience; – 5 years minimum
    • IT Knowledge;- Microsoft 365, Internet skills.

    COMPETENCIES:

    • Good understanding of the Quality Control Process.
    • Experience in engineering service includes but is not limited to rotating equipment repairs and assembly, valve, welding and fabrication, electrical, and instrumentation.
    • Ability to interpret Engineering and Mechanical drawings, code, and standards.

    Sales Manager - Architectural Coating

    Responsibilities

    • To manage the day-to-day operations of sales region providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
    • To make regular customer visits for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.
    • To deal with customer grievances and follow-up with technical team for resolution and various customer trials analysis and support.
    • To coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction.
    • To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
    • To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies, and standards.

    Requirements

    • Minimum HND/bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech – Paint OR Chemicals and PG Qualification will be preferred but not mandatory.
    • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in selling paints & providing technical service to Architectural and Decorative coating. Good knowledge about the various liquid coatings, their specifications, application etc.
    • A good spoken and written English skill is a must. Working knowledge of French would be an added advantage.
    • Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.
    • As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.
    • A few years of experience in the development of Architectural and Decorative coatings High performance Decorative Coatings for this sector will be an additional advantage.
    • Well, exposed to B2B Marketing and must have exposure in leading a team of 4-5 people.

    Product Sales Representative-Condition Monitoring

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Online Condition monitoring/Vibration monitoring products and services, targeting both existing and prospective clients by conducting regular presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our offerings. ·
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product and service recommendations. ·
    • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of Online Condition monitoring/Vibration Monitoring products. ·
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products. ·
    • Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring that they align with customer requirements and company policies.
    • Identify and qualify new sales leads, and actively pursue opportunities for new installations and projects.
    • Propose process optimizations and engineering solutions to clients and negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers, aiming to secure profitable sales agreements. ·
    • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, technical assistance, and product training, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention. ·  ·
    • Participate in conferences, and networking events to promote company products and establish a strong presence in the condition monitoring market.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of HND/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, metallurgical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in Injection molding plant.
    • Proficiency in Online condition monitoring technology, Online vibration monitoring and protection systems and Reliability practices.
    • Good technical knowledge and understanding of online vibration monitoring products and their applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
