    Head of Corporate Sales & Partnerships

    About the job 

    • They seek a head of corporate sales and partnerships to take charge of its corporate sales, source and manage partnership and collaboration opportunities that will be beneficial and or complementary to their business or brand.
    • The role will also be accountable for the growth and management our new business development opportunities, including and not limited to, equipment supply, space rental as well as our 3rd party gym management services. 
    • Core responsibilities will be business proposal development, sales projection and reporting, negotiation, performance management, recruitment and training of frontline sales and account management staff.
    • This role will also be required to collaborate closely with the marketing, branch management, communications and member engagement teams to execute partnership SLAs at our branches. 

     Responsibilities

     Establish Sales Channels

    • Build a healthy portfolio of partners/affiliates/agencies to drive account acquisition - creating revenue-generating partners
    • Manage and drive relationships with corporate clientele (existing and potential) enable growth and achieve revenue objectives
    • Identify and develop new markets to drive the business targets of the region.

    Operational Efficiencies

    • Build, track, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
    • Achievement of overall sales of the region (including partners, commercial buildings, malls & Corporates)
    • Maintaining performance through input KPIs daily
    • Assist in the implementation of promotions and BTL activities for the acquisition of new customers across segments.

    Customer Focus

    • Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statements to help pitch/ build the right product
    • Develop a deep and long-standing relationship with KDMs within the customer portfolio to maximize life-cycle value
    • Build a pipeline for upselling and cross-selling to an existing account

    Partnership Development

    • Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders. 

    Client Acquisition

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients. 

    Market Analysis

    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. 
    • Utilize legal insights to navigate regulatory landscapes and anticipate market challenges. 

    Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry players. 
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business goals. 

    Proposal Development

    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners. Ensure all proposals adhere to legal and compliance standards. 

    Negotiation and Contract Management

    • Lead negotiations with partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. 
    • Oversee the contract management process, collaborating with legal teams to finalize and execute agreements. 

    Desired Experience and Qualifications

    • Degree in Marketing, sales or Economics (or related or complementary courses)
    • Advance degrees in Business administration, marketing or any related courses will be a bonus
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate sales and Partnership in Nigeria is a must. 
    • Experienced in both direct sales and channel management
    • Strong client relationship management and networking skills
    • A pro-active result-driven initiative-taker who can operate both individually and as part of a team. 
    • A consultative selling approach with demonstrated experience in HMO, Insurance, fitness or hospitality service field is mandatory. 
    • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a distinctive analytical and structured approach
    • A flare for problem-solving with strong organizational skills
    • Proven track record of owning responsibility and scaling up revenue
    • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

    Head of Marketing and Branding

    About the Role

    • The head of marketing will have overall responsibility for and ownership of the company's Brand.
    • These responsibilities include but are not limited to the development of a clear brand identity and brand execution guideline, developing marketing strategy to drive member recruitment, retention and overall brand perception of the organization.
    • On a broader scale the head of marketing will also be responsible to promoting the ownership and leadership of the fitness sector.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Strategic marketing: The core function of this role is to chart the strategic marketing and advertising course for the organization's brand and act as brand owner. This will include and not be limited to, developing a comprehensive brand manual for the brand that will guide all its creative, marketing, experiential and product led interactions with the world, member (and potential member) segmentation and targeting, opportunity mapping and exploitation and providing strategic/creative marketing support across all company business lines.
    • Product development & management: The head of marketing will, in tandem with the branch operations team, develop and manage the company’s product line up with a view to promoting and keeping them in line with the brand’s ethos and promoting them to the right target audiences.
    • Digital Marketing: The head of marketing role will direct the company's digital marketing efforts, through a digital marketing team to employ all digital channels to inform, engage and grow our customer base and sphere of influence.
    • Project Management: Work cross-functionally within (Branch Management, Customer Service etc.) and outside the organization (agencies) providing strategic leadership and strong project management on all marketing communication, product/branch launch and consumer and stakeholder engagement.
    • Agency & Partner Management: The head of marketing will lead the company's selection, contacting, engagement and management of necessary agency and other partners for the production, dissemination and management of marketing material on behalf of the organization.
    • Marketing Performance management: Evaluate marketing campaigns to determine effectiveness and impact on key commercial objectives, and produce monthly reports highlighting trends, lessons learned, and growth opportunities.

    Skills & Experience

    • At least 7 - 10 years of experience in brand and or integrated marketing management with at least 3 years as Head of Marketing or similar role.
    • Experience working with an agency is key
    • Minimum of a BA/BSc in any marketing or communications related discipline or MSc/MA in Business management with a marketing specialization.
    • Must have Marketing, Branding, and experiential marketing skills and an In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational and leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of Product Development & Product Management (Non-technical skills)
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
