    Chief Executive Officer

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our HMO in its mission to become a pioneering force in the takaful-based health insurance industry.
    • The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic direction, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding the values and principles of our organization.

    Responsibilities
    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement a clear strategic vision and long-term plan for the HMO, aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
    • Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential risks to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the organization.

    Business Development:

    • Lead efforts to expand the HMO's market presence and customer base through effective marketing, sales, and distribution strategies.
    • Establish strategic partnerships and alliances with healthcare providers, regulators, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's value proposition and service offerings.
    • Explore new business lines, product diversification, and geographic expansion opportunities to capitalize on market demand and maximize revenue growth.

    Financial Management:

    • Oversee the financial performance of the HMO, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
    • Implement robust financial controls, risk management practices, and compliance procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of successful leadership and executive management experience in the insurance, takaful, or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of insurance operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
    • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial management skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business strategies and drive sustainable growth.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and inspire confidence and trust.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and drive organizational change and transformation.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Postgraduate degree.
    • Minimum of 15 years of work experience post NYSC.
    • Minimum of 7 years experience in a management position.
    • Knowledge of Islamic finance principles and familiarity with takaful-based insurance products and services would be advantageous.

    Inventory Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Inventory Officer will work closely with the Manufacturing accountant to ensure accurate records are taken and maintained, track stock movement and ensuring efficiency in inventory management processes.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Monitor the flow of items in and out of the store.
    • Conduct a weekly stock count on all items in the store.
    • Report any observed discrepancy to the Inventory Supervisor after stock count.
    • Receive, inspect, and verify the quality of incoming goods.
    • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
    • Maintain accurateinventory recordsusing computerized and manual systems.
    • Arrange goods systematically within the stock location system.
    • Calibrate manual weighing scales and submit daily report.
    • Liaise with production team to obtain proper record of work-in-progress goods and produced finished goods.
    • Supervise the loading of Finished Goods and Bye-products.
    • Work with the Inventory Supervisor to implement Warehouse management policies.

    Requirements

    • Qualification: OND
    • Minimum of 1-2years as inventory officer or in a similar field

    Knowledge / Understanding:

    • Good understanding of inventory management process
    • Knowledge of inventory costing
    • Good use of Excel

    Skills and Abilities:

    Executive Assistant

    Candidate Profile

    • We are seeking an experienced individual who will serve the Exceutive Assistant to Managing Director.
    • The incumbent will play a pivotal role in providing executive, administrative, and developmental support to the MD.
    • The Executive Assistant will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the MD, and will also organize and coordinate the MD’s calendar, schedule and itinerary.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Liaising with different states or corporate bodies i.e.: Lands Bureau / Police / Banks
    • Give reports on various issues as it relates to the organization.
    • Filing documents with agencies or making sure corporate processes run smoothly
    • Liaising with accountants and lawyers on behalf of the organization
    • Drafting or primary perusing of primary documents
    • Managing sales of comapny's services.
    • Developing strategies to champion & manage the organization’s charity course

    Person Specification /Qualifications / Requirements

    Academic Qualification:

    • A graduate from a reputable institution – B.Sc / HND in any related field.

    • Preferably with a driver’s license
    • Able to read and understand basic accounts
    • Able to read and understand legal documents
    • Can work with little or no supervision.

    Remuneration
    Starting Salary - N200,000 (first 3 months), upon confirmation - N250,000 (next 9 months) and after first year - N300,000 Monthly.
