    IT Support Technician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, including staff and event organizers.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices.
    • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring stability and security.
    • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
    • Assist in the setup and support of audiovisual equipment for events.
    • Stay up-to-date with technology trends and industry best practices.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory.
    • Familiarity with virtual server environments.
    • Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with WPA2 and other Wi-Fi protocols.
    • Understanding of TCP/IP for networking.
    • Knowledge of Azure or other related cloud environments is an added advantage.

    Housekeeper

    Responsibilities

    • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are tidy and presentable.
    • Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
    • Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
    • Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and sweep and mop floors.
    • Empty trash and replace garbage bags.
    • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute a diverse and innovative menu that meets the highest quality standards
    • Prepare and cook dishes with precision and attention to detail
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes and proper food-handling techniques
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal and special event menus
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all necessary ingredients are available for smooth operations
    • Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen

    Qualifications

    • A Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent certification is preferred

    • Food safety and sanitation certification is highly desirable

    Company Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Pick up / drop off staff to their respective destinations.
    • Driving safely and complying with road regulations at all times.
    • Ensuring that companies' documents remain confidential.
    • Ensuring that the company car remains clean and well maintained.
    • Check vehicle oil, water, and other parts on a daily basis.
    • Ability to drive with a clean driving record.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE, OND or NCE with at least 4 years experience working as a driver.
    • Valid driver's license and/or driver's permit.
    • Thorough understanding of road regulations
    • Clear criminal record
    • Neatly presented and professional.
    • Punctual and reliable.
    • Must be residing in Ago-Iwoye and its environ.
