    Chief Content Officer (CCO)

    Job Description
    The CCO will be responsible for the following areas:
    Leadership & Management:

    • Chief content officers are responsible for the creation of content for publication on various digital channels. This includes text, video, and audio. Their duties involve drafting editorial strategies aligned to the business strategy, which will promote the business’ mission and vision.
    • We are looking for a dynamic chief content officer to join our company. In this role, you will oversee the development of marketing content for multiple internal and external communication platforms to drive sales and retain customers. You will also be responsible for writing thought leadership articles and growing brand awareness.
    • To ensure success as a chief content officer, you should have exceptional knowledge of marketing and communication practices and be able to liaise between these two departments within a company. Ultimately, a top-notch chief content officer should be a creative individual that pays attention to detail and follows a customer-centered approach.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyzing marketing data to assist with the development of content plans.
    • Drafting and implementing content strategy and style guides for the organization.
    • Liaising with the public relations, marketing, IT, and customer relations departments to ensure consistency in the brand message.
    • Developing systems for content creation to ensure effective workflow.
    • Establishing the organization as a thought leader through well-planned content plans.
    • Gauging the effectiveness of content and assisting with the conducting of communication audits.
    • Overseeing all marketing and communication content across multiple platforms to grow brand awareness.
    • Supervising writers and editors to ensure that the content is created according to the organization's style guide.

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or English.
    • At least 10 years’ experience in content creation, including journalism or publishing.
    • Experience in writing thought leadership articles.
    • An excellent understanding of the publishing requirements for digital platforms.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Vast knowledge in growing audiences and establishing target audiences.
    • Experience using communication and design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
    • Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to converse and write in more than one language.
    • Experience managing a team of writers.

    Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the entire IT environment and Architecture of the organization
    • Ideate and drive the digitization and automation plan of the organization, including our transformation as a technology company
    • Maintaining competitive advantage over peers on digital service channels and leveraging the Digital Ecosystem
    • Optimizing and managing the technology network in a manner it delivers high efficiency with sufficient resilience and yet managing costs effectively
    • Identifying needs and ensuring ideal software solutions are developed in a timely manner to help increase operational efficiency
    • Develop and maintain overall framework of IT policies, standards and strategies that will empower business and people to deliver on their commitments to the strategy and budgets
    • As part of a business continuity plan, ensure that there is no failure in business operations and appropriate DR plans are in place and regularly tested for readiness for unforeseen and unexpected events which can impact the business continuity.
    • Play a pivotal role in supporting the business departments and meeting their needs in a time bound manner
    • Define the priorities, objectives and targets that underpins what contributes to delivery of value to business aligned with best practices and standards
    • Ensure efficiency in process / operations across the organization
    • Identify security threats, formulate strategies and methods to mitigate the threats
    • Developing long term plans to sustain and support the business, anticipating the future trends
    • Lead strategic insight and overview of business case justifications and ROI analysis for IT spending and initiatives.
    • Ensure delivery consistent with Agile processes across the team
    • Work effectively with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure delivery against agreed priorities
    • Supervise the Project Management Office and implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities
    • Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for software development and IT infrastructure
    • Work closely with the Product Managers with the aim of meeting current and future user needs.

    Essential Requirements

    • Academic / Professional Background: B.Tech / M. Tech / MC / MBA Degree with a passion for working in a Start-Up Environment Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
    • Work Experience: A minimum of 10 years experience in IT field with an executive-level position with responsibility for IT Strategy.

    Essential Skills:

    • A history of leading and supporting successful technology teams.
    • A strong business acumen in addition to technical skills
    • Exposure to Development Labs, Innovation Teams, Mobile payments, e Wallets, PPI would be an added advantage.
    • Firsthand knowledge in supervising development of software solutions
    • Exposure to Service Automation, Digitization and Innovation
    • Strong project management skills and management of development, maintenance and support teams.
    • Up -to -date with the current (and future) levels of IT security, threats, vulnerabilities that could impact the organizations digital and financial assets
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good negotiation skills
    • Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
    • Respect and understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
    • Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
    • Integrity and approachability, as business owners and other stakeholders must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you
    • Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines
