    Junior Data Analyst

    OVERALL FUNCTION

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our organization.
    • As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our organization derive valuable insights from data.
    • Your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support data-driven decision-making.
    • This role is well-suited for individuals with a strong background in mathematics and statistics who are comfortable working with numbers and possess a passion for uncovering meaningful insights.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Gather data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Collaborate with different departments to access relevant data sets.
    • Employ statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Use data analysis tools and software for this purpose.
    • Create clear and insightful visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to present data-driven findings to stakeholders. Ensure that visualizations are easily understandable to non-technical team members.
    • Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations that can guide business strategies and decision-making processes.
    • Prepare reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations. Regularly update and distribute these reports to relevant stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and decision-makers, to define data requirements and objectives.
    • Assist in the maintenance and management of databases and data repositories. Ensure data integrity and security.
    • Identify data-related challenges and propose solutions to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and statistics to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SQL).
    • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
    • Ability to communicate complex findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
    • A passion for working with data and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

    OVERALL FUNCTION

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our organization.
    • As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online brand visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversion.
