    Export Officer

    Locations: Sagamu, Lagos and Ogun

     


    Responsibilities

     

    • Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
    • Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
    • Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.
    • Administer all existing clients and ensure optimal level of marketing strategies and design required consumer promotions for various trade fairs and maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and assist to identify new markets.
    • Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents and prepare special labels for brands and ensure adherence to all shipping schedule.
    • Enters sales, purchase, freight, product and regulations data into SAP.
    • Calculates and reports harbour maintenance fees.
    • Corresponds with or calls customers, suppliers, forwarders and others concerning the transportation of products, referring unusual matters to supervisor.
    • Complies daily with all chemical regulations as indicated by management.
    • Files damage or loss claims with the insurance company.
    • Manages Certificates of Analysis for all materials.

    Requirements

    • At least 5 years experience in FMCG
    • Good knowledge of administering export procedures and documentation: NXP, PFI, BL, CCI, etc.

    Ensure that all warehouse processes are running smoothly, efficiently, and promptly.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage warehouse operations in compliance with policies and the vision of the company.
    • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
    • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
    • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
    • Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements.
    • Maintain good and proper housekeeping management.
    • Manage stock control and reconciliation as required.
    • Produce reports and statistics regularly.
    • Ensure good manufacturing practices are maintained.
    • Ensure absolute compliance with ERP software work procedures.

    Requirements

    • FMCG /Manufacturing experience is a must
    • The person must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff.
    • Knowledge of warehouse software especially sage 300 ERP
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management.
    • Effective problem solver and Strong attention to detail
    • Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience with at least 4 years at management level

    REQUIREMENTS

    • B.Tech/B.Eng./Equivalent.
    • 4-8 years cognate experience preferably from Form Filling background i.e. Milk / Beverages / edible oils / liquor etc.
    • Hands on Work Experience of 2-4 years on Tetrapak Machines (A1 Fino, A3 Speed, and TBA19) is a must. Must have carried out TPMS events on Tetrapak machines.
    • Electro-Mechanical trainings on the similar aseptic filling machines is preferable.
    • Knowledge on Aseptic Packaging Technology is preferable.
    • PLC troubleshooting for Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc and others.
    • Basic Knowledge of working principles of Electro-Mechanical instruments, equipment’s and technology is must with soft ( computer) skills

    • Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs

    • 5 years of general construction estimating experience,, construction experience, or related field
    • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results

    Land Surveyor

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Carrying out surveys of the environment with construction projects in mind
    • Working in diverse sectors, such as construction, property, cartography (maps), offshore engineering and exploration
    • Assessing land due for redevelopment
    • Surveying airports, landfill sites, mines, quarries, pipeline systems and more
    • Managing and monitoring projects from start to finish
    • Producing maps using GPS, surveying instruments, digital images and satellite photographs
    • Analysing data using geographic information systems (GIS) and drawing charts using computer-aided design (CAD)
    • Monitoring changes in the land during the construction process
    • Writing reports and sharing crucial information with colleagues and clients

    REQUIREMENTS
