    Cleaner

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities
    General Cleaning:

    • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
    • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
    • Empty trash bins and replace liners.

    Office Cleaning:

    • Dust and wipe down desks, chairs, and other office furniture.
    • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
    • Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as break rooms, kitchens, and lounges.

    Floor Care:

    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors, including tiled and hardwood surfaces.
    • Vacuum carpets and rugs, ensuring they are free from dirt and debris.

    Sanitization:

    • Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and elevator buttons.
    • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.

    Supply Management:

    • Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed.

    Waste Management:

    • Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in designated areas.
    • Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials according to company policies and regulations.

    Special Cleaning Projects:

    • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and seasonal tasks.
    • Clean and maintain outdoor areas such as walkways and parking lots, if applicable.

    Compliance:

    • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
    • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Sales Executive in the Realtor sector.
    • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property sales processes.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Result Oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and strong mindset for continuous.
    • Knowledge of real estate market ad dynamics.
    • Proficiency in MS office and CRM software.
