    Food & Beverage Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • You would be assisting the F&B Manager in providing the best service for the operations of all Food and beverage outlets and services in the hotel.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities
    Assist the F&B Manager:

    • To lead the F&B department to provide quality food and beverage operations as per brand standards.
    • Ensure buffet name tags are correctly labelled as per the food on display.
    • To identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
    • Conduct hygiene and cleanliness inspections in food & beverage outlets on a regular basis.
    • Training for waiters and waitresses
    • Attend daily restaurant, kitchen & bar briefings.
    • Control other expenses such as: service utensils/stores cutlery, grocery and glassware losses and breakages, cleaning and stationery supplies in restaurant and bars.
    • Reduce staff pilferage.

    Ensure the below are followed:

    • Ensuring the team adhere to all health and safety procedures.
    • Keeping records of all hazards and take appropriate actions.
    • Order supplies and maintain records of production.
    • Oversee the opening and closing of inventories.
    • Food is kept at safe temperature.
    • Practice frequent hand washing and Periodic disinfection of the restaurant
    • Right disposal of food waste
    • Guest Relations – ensure a minimum of 90% guest satisfaction is always maintained.
    • To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE).
    • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.

    Guest Satisfaction:

    • Conduct customers follow up calls periodically to ensure excellent service delivery.
    • Ensure excellent service delivery in restaurant, room and night service, and banquets.
    • Encourage feedback from customers on food quality and service and achieve over 90% guest satisfaction.
    • Ensure services meet customer specification.

    Waiter / Waitress

    Job Purpose

    Food & Beverages Manager (Expatriate)

    Job Purpose

    • You would be responsible for providing leadership for the operations of all Food and beverage outlets and services in the hotel.
    • You shall ensure that you deliver on the Key Performance Indicators of the food and beverage department.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    • Lead the F&B department to provide quality food and beverage operations as per brand standards.
    • Co-ordinate with Executive Chef to supervise and advice on food quality and presentation, especially with breakfast and lunch/dinner buffets.
    • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
    • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, orienting, training and appraising staff.
    • Conduct hygiene and cleanliness inspections in food & beverage outlets on a regular basis.
    • Ensure food & beverage outlets are adequately stocked with service utensils, beverage, and wine stocks.
    • Maintain effective employee relations with management, supervisors, subordinates, and other departments in the hotel.
    • Attend daily restaurant, kitchen & bar briefings and take appropriate actions on emerging operational issues.
    • Promote and participate in the maximisation of departmental profitability by achieving approved cost margins for food cost of sales.
    • Achieve targets for F&B covers whilst managing cost as stipulated in the budget.
    • Control bar and restaurant payroll cost (overtime, casual or contract workers etc)
    • Control other expenses such as: service utensils/stores cutlery, grocery and glassware losses and breakages, cleaning and stationery supplies in restaurant and bars.
    • Supervise restaurant billing procedures and spot checks on waiter’s compliance.
    • Reduce staff pilferage.
    • Set goals, targets for restaurants, bars and follow up on progress.
    • Guest Relations - ensure a minimum of 90% guest satisfaction is always maintained.
    • To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE).
    • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.

    Cashier

    Job Purpose

    • To ensure all guest and management bills are posted on Micros.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Pick up the guest in-house list on a daily basis from the reception.
    • Ensure all items consumed by guests are posted into the Micros by the restaurant staff.
    • Settle bills based on mode of payment, cash, POS, credit card, bank transfer and room charge.
    • Send all room charge bills signed by guests to the reception.
    • Drop all proceeds to the safe after each shift and include the copies of bills paid by cash, POS, credit card, bank transfer.
    • To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE).
    • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.

    Concierge

    Job Purpose

    • To serve as the guest’s liaison and provide precise, concise and accurate directions. Helps guests with transportation services and assists to carry guest luggage to and from rooms.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • The Bell desk is always cleaned.
    • The newspaper stand is properly arranged with the day’s paper.
    • Provide assistance to guests.
    • Deliver guests’ letters and newspapers.
    • Keep Luggage trolleys and luggage room always clean.
    • Tag guest luggage accordingly upon arrival and departure
    • Assist guest with their luggage.
    • Assist guest who want to use GYM facilities and the pool.
    • Follow the hotel brand Standard requirements pertaining to the front office operations.
    • Ensure superior guest satisfaction by encouraging guests to review the hotel on Trip Advisor and Guest RevU / Kepsla.
    • To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE). An HSE booklet will be given to you.
    • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years work experience.
