    Front End Developer

    Overview: 

    • We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with a passion finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products.
    • You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions. Your duties may also include training new employees and maintaining open communication with other departments during the design process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Use a variety of programing languages in order to create user friendly languages
    • Maintain and improve company website and web application user interfaces
    • Creating tools that will enhance interaction on the site with any browser
    • Design mobile-based features
    • Develop new user facing features
    • Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual codes
    • Prioritising user experience
    • Write reusable codes and libraries
    • Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation
    • Routinely testing the website for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors
    • Ensure user experience determines design choices
    • Strike a balance between functional and aesthetic design
    • Maintain brand consistency throughout the design
    • Develop features to enhance user experience
    • Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
    • Get feedback from and build solutions for users and customers
    • Maintain software workflow management
    • Stay up to date on emerging technologies including SEO best practices

    The ideal candidate must have;

    • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
    • Hands on experience with mark-up languages
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
    • Knowledge of design hand off tools like Figma etc.
    • Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable, and reusable codes
    • Ability to translate UI
    • Knowledge of SEO principles
    • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
    • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills

    Social Media Manager

    Overview:

    • As the Social Media Manager at Busha, you’ll spearhead initiatives to enhance Busha’s online presence and brand perception through creative and innovative digital strategies, focusing on brand building and engagement.
    • You must have a deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, and analytics, ensuring that our brand presence is engaging, consistent, and driving measurable results.

    Responsibilities:

    Social Media Strategy Planning

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    • Set specific objectives, KPIs, and metrics to track performance and growth across all social platforms.
    • Research audience preferences and trends to optimise content and strategy for maximum engagement.
    • Plan and manage social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, launches, and events.

    Content Creation and Curation

    • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
    • Work with internal creative teams, graphic designers, and videographers to ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, visual identity, and marketing goals.
    • Develop and maintain a content schedule for posting across platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.

    Community Management

    • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
    • Build relationships with key influencers, brand advocates, and followers to increase brand loyalty and advocacy.
    • Monitor and manage brand reputation through social listening to track sentiment and address any potential issues or crises.

    Paid Social Media Campaigns

    • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
    • Collaborate with the paid media team to create targeted ad campaigns, including audience segmentation, ad creatives, and budgeting.
    • Track and report on the performance of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximise ROI.

    Analytics and Reporting

    • Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.) for organic and paid social media efforts.
    • Use insights from social media analytics tools to refine strategies and content to improve overall performance.
    • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

    Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Work closely with brand marketing, PR, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support for broader marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with other departments to share social media insights and leverage social channels for company-wide initiatives.

    Candidate Must Have;

    • 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
    • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their best practices.
    • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
    • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and optimisation.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
    • Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform content and strategy decisions.

    Key Competencies:

    • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analysing metrics and adjusting strategies based on performance.
