    Digital Markter

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with the Ecommerce &Web team to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in marketing or a related field.
    • 2-3 years proven work experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database & Email/Social media campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

    Cost Controller

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Able to effectively control Food and beverage Costs.
    • Provide analysis of F&B stores consumption to handle the ordering of food and beverage as accurately as possible.
    • Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
    • Update and maintain receipts in the systems.
    • Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties.
    • Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.
    • Daily Import of Micros Sales to Materials Control system.
    • Tally all end-of-shift reports generated from all POS tills.
    • Continuously study weaknesses in F&B control implemented at the Hotel and provide suggestions for improvements.
    • Prepare the daily and monthly cost report.
    • Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of HND in accounting or any related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and in the hospitality industry.
    • Financial management skills.
    • Good skills in verbal/written communication.
    • Problem solving skills.

    Sales & Marketing Manager

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Compile, coordinate and implement the hotel’s marketing plan.
    • Create brand communication and development including awareness advertising, publicity, and promotions to stimulate brand identity.
    • Client and guest management through both sales and marketing strategies.
    • Co-ordination of sales calls by the sales team and general manager for the acquisition of new and maintenance of existing guests.
    • Co-ordinate the compilation and ongoing maintenance of the hotel’s guest history databases across all market segments in order for monthly marketing actions to be implemented.
    • Ensure that all actions included in the marketing plan have taken place on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis.
    • Develop and maintain a DATABASE of commercial, retail, travel and organizational contracts so as to ensure maximum sales.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals.

    Job Requirements

    • MBA / HND in Sales & Marketing
    • A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in sales and management within the retail & FMCG industry. An exposure to modern trade would be an added advantage.
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve the sales and company objectives
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to analyze sales data and market trends
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with retail partners
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
    • Proficiency in MS office and exposure to CRM/Sales software.
